Mayor Sam if you are a Republican why do you support a Democrat (alger) over a Republican (Smith)? Why do you support a very ultra liberal person (Cindy) over a more moderate Democrat (Alex)?

Mayor Sam hasn't endorsed Cindy or Alger as far as I can see. I can see he favors them because both of them are scrappy fighters set running against motards like Alex and Smyth.

Progressive and Strategy Partners. They are a new political consulting company. They are also working for Phil Angelides. It is a company of women who have worked for Sen Boxer. They have a very good reputation from helping Sen Boxer win elections, when no one thought she could.
But, they may lose both these races. They are the lead consultanst for Padilla, but have a much more limited role in the Angelides campaign.
So was it it Progressive Strategy's decision to pimp out Angelides' daughters?
