I was fast forwarding through commercials on my TIVO when I see ARnold speak and then the ballot numbers in RED!!! I was so confused! Why was he telling me to vote no?

This election is just a set-up for 2006. This is all it is. Of course he doesn't want these to pass. He's getting his war chest ready for Antonio. Getting the Businesses, Drug Companies and wealthy individuals to donate for the Governator in 2006.
Same like AV trying to extend the subway with these BS talks with Waxman. Waxman will do an about face like he did in 1994 when this issue was pressed again. Giving AV to say "I tried"
Notice how AV is rallying behind the worker unions. Big pay raise for IBEW-DWP, Pushing another School Bond, No agenda or plan for schools. Speaking at rallys against the Governor's propositions.
This all a clever test-run to figure out where voters are, how they'll vote and who is voting.
As always, just another example of the golden rule - he who has the gold makes the rules.
In our city and state it all amounts to who spends the most on advertising. Show me the last election where a candidate who was outspent actually won.
