Don't kid yourself Jose. The only reason the LA Protective League endorsed your sleazy butt is because of Antonio make no mistake. That's the only reason 1/2 of city council did as well all because they are afraid to go against Antonio and LA Times had the guts to print that fact. You hve no vision, no experience, no knowledge.

Community groups - the Protective League, who are you kidding? And the Northeast Open Space Coalition? - in the same week Nick's fight to save Moon Canyon comes to fruition, what a joke?
Regarding Lucille's endorsement, it's only natural, she hasn't accomplished anything in nearly 20 years of elected office. At least Huizar can state he only has five years under his belt when his lack of accomplishments come up. I wonder how Boyle Heights will react when they see proof that Lucille hasn't lived in this community since 1961, despite her voter registration addresses. Liars and titeres aren't a very good sell in this community.
It would be more interesting to see if Antonio, Jose and Lisa Sarno have the nerve to show up to the big Boyle Heights meeting tomorrow. Wonder if they will all get BOOED. They know the community doesn't like them because not one of them has done anything but used and abused the residents for their own personal agenda.

Does Parke Skelton belong to that Northeast Open Space Coalition? Afterall, he did dave that open space in front of his house - the formally public street now his private cul-de-sac. City documents regarding the vacationing of this street exist, wait and see.
DAMN, assuming this is all TRUE, this guy should run for SCHOOL BOARD, not city council. . . with a "record" like this, he could CLEAN UP the mess LAUSD is in in just one four year term... erase deficits, get more than 50 percent of kids graduating, improve performance among minorities in L.A. public schools.

Vacationing is the term used when a public street is "vacationed" and taken off the public street rolls. Hence no street cleaning, curb or sidewalk repair and street signs are removed. Parke Skelton's street, which didn't used to be a dead end, was vacationed and turned into a private cul-de-sac after Antonio got elected. Parke wrote on here that that was no public record of this, well the public record uses the term "vacationed." Let's see if you can find it.

Jose Huizar may be the right candidate for CD 14, but this is not the right time. He should develop a proven record of leadership first. If elected, he'll be known as nothing more than a puppet. Say what you want about Nick, but he is his own man. Jose, have some pride, you're looking like a fool.
Jose taking credit for what Hahn did right after the Jefferson High School racial fights. Jose hasn't been at any community meetings for 4 years right after he decided to run for CD14. Everyone will tell you they never saw him in the community.

The Northeast Progressive Alliance supports inclusionary zoning and one of the CCA's big issues is to oppose it. Jose is going to screw one of these organizations and my money is on the Northeast Progressive Alliance. You can shit on these people - as Villaraigosa did with the Southwest Museum - and they take it time and again.
