Former Riverside resident now 51st Assembly District Assemblyman Jimmy Gomez has master the local Thomas Guide and GPS, to find his way to Saturday's event.
But the most important Twitter photo is from CD 14 City Councilman  and Princeton Graduate Jose Huizar, who is shown praising the $150,000 price tag of Mickey's Parklet.

What a bad idea and what a band aid approach for park space. This will be nothing more than a haven for those homeless guys who don't want to abide by shelter rules and prefer to stay on the street. As soon as a driver runs into this "porch", guess who is liable? Downtown gets a new railway and the rest of the district gets parking slots - great way to show your priorities Huizar.
