"The Oz Behind the Curtain of Fake News Smears", financed in part .........., by the City of Commerce

With the 2022 City Commerce Municipal Election mere days away, Model City Voters are once again, being subjected to Journalistic Smears via "The Oz behind the Curtain (of Fake News)" Brian Hews, financed in part by the city's General Fund ........, with the blessings of a certain City Council Member??     

The "Oz behind the Curtain (of Fake News)" Brian Hews, can't control his glee over getting paid to print City of Commerce Legal Notices.

** Blogger's Notes: With a little more than two weeks before the 2022 City of Commerce Municipal Election, the reigning purveyor of "Attack Journalism in Southeast Los Angeles County (with guidance from the Chacon Political Machine)" Brian Hews, is back keyboarding smears ........, with financing in part from the Model City General Fund (as we note in documents obtain via a California Public Records Act request).

 In past Commerce Elections, the likes of former Council Members Tina Baca Del Rio, Lela Leon and Denise Robles, were the subject of ceaseless smears via the Keyboard of the inspiration for our "Ask a Fake News/Propagandist Muckraker Satire". That stated, there is one current City Council Member (and former failed Assembly Candidate), who is no longer targeted by Hews and we can speculate (with documentation) on the "financial reasons" for this. In 2017, then Assembly Candidate Ivan Altamirano shocked Southeast LA Political Observers by taking out five consecutive weeks of half page ads (pictured below), in the Los Cerritos Community Newspaper. Repeated visits to his Campaign Disclosure Data at Cal-Access, fail to note any payment for the ads. Not long after Councilman Altamirano's failed Assembly Campaign, the Mayor Sam Blog was tipped off that Brian Hews was now contracting with the City of Commerce to print required Legal Notices in his newspaper as the email above and copies of invoices below denotes. Since that time, Hews has mostly cease his keyboard attacks on Councilman Altamirano of the (with the exception alleged, Altamirano-initiated Indian Wells Contract Cities Conference Brawl between the Chacon and Beltran Posses but I digress) and the reason could be one of continuing .........., financial considerations. ** For the Record, we have filed a new updated California Public Records Act Request regarding Commerce's continuing payments to the Los Cerritos Community Newspaper----Scott Johnson.

Will Commerce City Councilman (and failed Assembly Candidate) Ivan Altamirano ever disclose how much he paid the Los Cerritos Community Newspaper, for five weeks of a half page ad in 2017??
