In the 2015 CD 14 City Council Campaign, the LA Editorial Board should not only ask, "what has Councilman Huizar done to earn his Lavish Salary" (nada) ....., but also, 'what are the ethical ramifications of the Princeton Graduate, Tonto Charro, living BEYOND his taxpayers-funded pay?
The Fiscal Lifestyle of Councilman Huizar and Family, may have serious ethical ramifications.

In noting the "700 Form documentation, and based upon past news coverage of Councilman Huizar's fiscal issues, a Lavish Salary, choice of city car (with free gas), Officeholder Account and a spouse's income, is still not enough to sustain the self-noting UCLA Law School Graduate's lifestyle. Some of the reasons are obvious, starting with four kids, then add the cost of each child attending private school, plus two house payments, and that Lavish Salary is going to take a hit.

......, featuring the Huizar's El Sereno Property.
Bills to cover the costs associated with "extracurricular activities", when combine with daily living expenses that come with a growing family, may have been the root cause of the Huizar's nearly losing their notorious El Sereno Property. Two years before, during the 2011 CD 14 Campaign, challenger Rudy Martinez made the issue of non payment for repairs on the property a campaign issue.
Some four years later, discerning observers upon revisiting the home repairs, and now the Property Tax issues, can only speculate, what (or who's)
fiscal resources could the embattled Incumbent use to execute a "Secret Settlement", with former Deputy Chief of Staff Francine Godoy ......, and whether repayment would be predicated on a vote or change in city policies?
