Let it be stated that on Tuesday, October 15, 2014, the former Mr. and Mrs. CD 2/7 City Clowncil Central Committee Member Richard "The Zorro Marxist" AlarCON, became merely, the Convicted CONs.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office of Public Integrity successfully completed its Voter Fraud Case against the career public office hopper and wife Flora de la Oca, with "The Zorro Marxist" getting 120 days in the County Pokey, 600 hours of community service in CD 7, 5 years probation ......., and the Coup de Grace, CAN NEVER RUN FOR PUBLIC OFFICE AGAIN.

The now Mrs. CON was spared jail time, but was given 400 hours of community service in CD 7, along with the same amount of probation time and the same provision that she could ever hold Public Office. 

We did receive a tip that "The Zorro Marxist", was allegedly, at the Harris Resort in San Diego County over the weekend working on his Poker Game ........, something that should keep him busy during his pending time away in the Pokey.
