MORE GARBAGE VENDING FROM OUR LA POLITIANS. IF THEY REALLY CARRIED THERE ARE THINGS THEY COULD DO OTHER THAN WALK A PICK LINE. THIS IS POLITICS AS USUAL, ANYTHING FOR UNION VOTES. WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO WALK A PICK LINE FOR THE UNEMPLOYED OR THE HOMELESS. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATHE.
