Court says Rahm Emanuel ineligible to run for Chicago mayor
An Illinois appeals court has kicked Rahm Emanuel off next month's ballot for Chicago mayor, ruling 2-1 that he does not meet the one-year residency requirement because he was living in Washington for the past two years as President Obama's chief of staff.

chicago's got it's own problems we have ours let's talk about ours. THEY HAD A DEBATE SUNDAY IN CD-10 HERB WESSON'S DISTRICT I THINK MANY OF THE 5 RUNNING HAVE A CHANCE TO BEAT HIM. I'M GOING TO POST ON THESE BLOGS A REVIEW OF THESE CANDIDATES AND THIS DEBATE THEIR ARE MORE SCHEDULED COMING UP.
