'Big Mouth' Biden: Is This The Best Obama Could Do?
Following Senator Hillary Clinton's speech Tuesday night and her gracious efforts on the Convention floor Wednesday afternoon, it's become apparent that Obama made the wrong pick. As noted by blogger Darren Duvall, the upside to dissing Hillary is that Obama is not faced with the prospect of former President Bill Clinton hanging around the White House. At the same time, Duvall makes a good funny when he writes "A lot of what he (Biden) has to offer is a legacy of misstatements that make George W. Bush look like Oscar Wilde."
However Duvall also points out Biden's legacy of off-the-cuff and over the top remarks such as "crypto-racist" comments by Biden about Obama and ignorant statements about Indian-Americans in the State of Delaware.
Despite whatever failings Hillary Clinton may have, one can not imagine her making those types of comments. And one can not imagine Barack Obama losing with the New York Senator as his running mate.
But, he will never know now.

Obama couldn't pick Hillary...she would have overshadowed him to the point where he would have been relegated to the back of the bus!
Even Biden makes him look like like an outsider! Actually, Obama looks like he should be carrying all of the luggage! What a loser! What a travesty for this country!
Actually, Obama is just one notch above Villar...at least he knows how to read a teleprompter and string 2 sentences together...more than Villar can do!

Funny, no mention of Biden's OTHER son, the Washington Lobbyist. The RICH lobbyist, who's done good by daddy (and bro's?) connections and name.
"[C]rypto-racist?" Now that's chutspah. Whatever flaws Biden may have (or should I say does have), they pale next to the debacle of a campaign run by Senator McCain. The truth is that Senator Biden will whoop some a-- when it comes to the vice presidential debates.
Biden has NEVER learned to stop talking.
The classic example was his half hour filibuster during the Petraeus qustioning. Ego Joe asked ONE question (one only) and then chattered for the rest of his 30 minutes about his family, his son, college, etc. Total stream of conciousness, inlove with his own voice and the lens.
He is an embarrassment, especially with his plugged hair, botoxed face, done over eyes, capped teeth and outright theft of others' speeches.
This guy will weigh Obama down even more than he is already.
What did he expect with Caroline Kennedy, an amateur, doing the vetting?

When was the last time John McCain ever made a racist comment? Joe Biden does it all the time.
I'm a Hillary supporter who would not vote for McCain if he named a woman as Vice, unless it was Hillary.
I've paid attention to "one who knows" (and it's easy to tell the real from the fake) for quite awhile and I gotta admit, he/she is usually right even though I don't always agree. You're one of my favorite bloggers. God that killed me.
Biden is some kind of joke. I keep waiting for Obama to come on the news shouting, "GOTCHA!" or something, but I guess he's chosen White Man for a reason although what the reason is escapes me.
Hillary is a pro. This country has made a terrible mistake.
