Zuma Dogg Captures Jack Weiss' Bad Side
Here's Councilman Jack Weiss glad handing and working the crowd when he really should be listening to the speaker who's reporting on an important issue. I guess he figured that out when he realized that Zuma Dogg was capturing it all on tape.

Weiss is scum.

What, he didn't drop everything to listen raptly to Zuma Dogg? No, say it ain't so! Give me a break... Who in their right mind listens to the Dogg, even at LAUSD meetings, people look at each other and ask, "What's that?"
I've never been to any other city or county or state government where they've shown as much patience as they do here, makes the city look bad. What happened to your giving Zev your boundless advice, got kicked out?

Notice how ZD has an obsession with Eric Garcetti and Jack Weiss, for no particular reason? Just likes to post about them for the sake of posting. Fetish with the better- looking men in power, too obvious. Really gross.
Or just trying to make up for the attention you never got from Daddy? Is that behind ALL your attention- whore persona? Take you ADD meds.

What a scoop! The guy invited some people for a presentation, which they gave at sacrifice of a whole day of their time, and now he's thanking them for coming. Shocking and awful!
If you saw it, by the way, it was a powerful testimony including from a young woman victim of domestic rape, what Denim Day's about. Only a creep like Zuma Dogg could object to that.
By the way, how often have you been INVITED to appear anywhere, Zuma? Aren't you a pest even on call- in radio shows, on the grounds that any attention, even contempt for you, is better than no attention at all?

More censorship, Higby? You're only running the negative comments, again? You can't just run comments that agree with your posters if you want cred.
By the way, what happened to your hopes for going out with the S T "hotties" after the meeting yesterday? Did rolling with The Dogg help with the chicks?

LOVED that bald spot! Something I've never seen before.
He is scum, but he's Antonio's scum.
Therefore, meet your new City Attorney - Jack Weiss!
[applause]

318 from the tape it doesn't sound like Zuma Dogg was the speaker. Zuma was sitting down taping and Weiss got bothered by it.

Mayor Sam =
can you give us the IP address of the blogger who says you censored him but you ran his comment?
Anonymous said:
7:19, don't be an idiot. If Higby does that, the blog is over. (No, it's not me).
Anyway, yes, Weiss is a scumbag and HATS OFF TO ZUMA for capturing him in his arrogant ways.

The IP addresses are public record. There are sites on google you can use to look them up.

3:18 PM,
I see some things never change. You are still confused and did not understand what you were seeing.
I was filming Jackass during a rare moment when he was in Council Chambers and was talking to someone in the bleachers. But of course Jackass is a snappy dick. So it had nothing to do with Jackass not paying attention to me, or anything that you are talking about.
Try Caliou or Sesame Street...these Council meetings are too complicated for an emotionally weak, inferior minded, non-achiever like yourself. Sorry. Nothing worse than someone who pops off at the mouth, and has the premise completely wrong. Sure sign of a loser.

What a lot of paranoia on this thread over who said what, and gimme that IPO -- that would apply to those who slander others and if I were the recipient of that, I'd go after them. There are legal ways to do that, but no, you can't google someone's IPO on a blog like this, or Higby would be liable for breach of privacy and even subject to criminal prosecution.
But go ahead and threaten to do it -- as someone said, the blog would be over, and RIP if this sort of pointless nonsense is all Zuma can offer up to prove how great he is, with all the Deming, Sun Tzu and who else was it, Tony Robbins? I'm too impressed. The rafters of City Hall are being shaken by the shock.

Why do you care about Zuma Dogg? Yes no one can Google an IP (not IPO) address. But why do you care?

Zuma has generally lowered the level of discourse and image of our city ever since he showed up, along with his mates Matt, Hunt, and as a taxpayer, I'm fed up with our reps having to listen to the same old yammerers, these three, and then the women at Van Nuys. Who all act like they're Moses revealing the Ten Commandments and everyone should listen, but prove that often those with the least to say speak the most, and are most self-important. Like their master, Zuma.
I WANT these people to work on constituent affairs, not waste a half hour a day on these annoying commenters starting with the Three Stooges, who are media whores on OUR time as taxpayers. If I had to listen to them several days a week, I'd take vials of valium.
Spying on people having a private conversation at City Hall or ANYWHERE is just rude and offensive. Regardless of who's there. And this tape is just stupid, there's nothing wrong with thanking people who gave testimony, in fact it's common procedure -- by trying to blow it into much ado about nothing Zuma just reveals his own cries for attention.
No one "cares" about zuma dogg except that he's a fool that Higby promotes, giving this a whole thread, making the whole blog ridiculous. Worse than the cookie posts (at least Doll is getting better). After zuma disappeared for a while and new bloggers came, the blog mercifully started to appear almost normal, now the self-promoting fool is back and more pointless than ever. What have we learned, that Weiss doesn't like being spied on by that clown? How are we wiser citizens for this?
Maybe, it's the start of a series on hair styles, bald spots and hats covering them up -- from Perry to the Mutt himself, to bad combovers like Hahn and Smith, and bald heads altogether (Zine) to facial hair gone awry (Alarcon and Huizee). What about fashion faux pas? Then back to why anyone should listen to Higby's taping of the Home Depot debates this weekend...Speaking of which, the Daily News reported a couple hundred people showed up, but no report yet from Higby, just 4 threads leading up to the event.

Why does anyone care about the fool Dave Elliott who fancies himself as a dog?
Why does anyone care if a councilman comes over to the rail to talk to a constituent or friend?
This is a commonplace occurance and to glorify it, somehow, and the fool who wastes his days creating these worthless snippets so someone might pay a little momentary attention to him is beyond me. We need a resident shrink to explain that one.

I like Zuma. Without him, there would be NOBODY in the audience at City Council. I come home from work (at City Hall) and turn on Channel 35, and look forward to seeing him. If only because he makes them squirm. I think it is obsequious though for Garcetti to call him Mr. Zuma Dogg. IT sounds too ass kissy. But still, Zuma performs a public service by bringing things up that go on on a daily basis with no questioning (fee waivers etc.). Matt Dowd I can do without. He is annoying as hell.

Say what you want about Weiss but at least he's smart enough to know about public safety. Have you heard the idiot council members when speaking on this subject and Jack has to stand up and make fools of them for being ignorant? Tons of people have and thank goodness he has the brains that the other morons lost when they were born.
Anonymous said:
WAIT A MINUTE 3:22!
Are you suggesting that Jack Weiss is one of the good-looking men in power??
Wrong. Are you crazy? Yuck.

Nobody cares that Jack Ass Weiss would go speak to the person from his district but it shouldn't have been done during Public Comment. Perhaps the person who was speaking during Public Comment wanted Weiss to hear what they were saying.
Since every council members had already entered their votes into the computers, he could have spoken to his constituents during any other part of the meeting. But at Public Comment, the council members should be listening to the PUBLIC. Did he demand silence in the room during their public comment?
Keep it up Zuma. So what if 3 people total in the City of LA tell you they don't want to hear you. Ignore them.
