ZUMA DOGG: THE SHADY REPORT (DID COUNCILMEMBERS BREAK THE LAW OVER "COUNCIL PREZ ELECTION" TALK, "HIDING ANTONIO", CITY HALL DAYCARE CENTER AND MORE

DOES LOS ANGELES CITY HALL INCLUDE "DAY CARE" SERVICES BEING RUN OUT OF CMs OFFICES?: Did CM Ed Reyes have an extra room built in his office for day care? I don't know if the room was ever used for that...but if it was (or still is) that means his kids were there either; unsupervised; a paid sitter ran a babysitting business out of City Hall, or city staff did the alledged sitting. CLICK HERE FOR ALL STORIES

JULY COUNCIL PREZ ELECTION ALL THE BUZZ WITH COUNCIL: ZD has heard there is discussion between CMs over the election. If so, MAJOR Brown Act Violation. And you have to wonder if the person who contacted ZD with the info, has any of the conversation on tape? If not, why would they bother raising the issue, which would simply become ZD's words against their claims to have had no discussion of the upcoming election? (THIS AIN'T YOUR AVERAGE GADFLY WHO TIPPED ME, Y'ALL!...Oh, no!]

NOW A CRIME TO BAMBOOZLE IMMIGRANT VOTERS AWAY FROM THE POLLS: Voter Deception Bill Passes House...Democrats cited cases from the last election where naturalized citizens in California with the right to vote were sent letters in Spanish saying it was a crime for immigrants to vote, and voters in Virginia receiving calls falsely telling them they were ineligible to vote.

HIDING ANTONIO: WHY HASN'T MEDIA BEEN COVERING "CONFERENCE OF MAYORS"? (I Mean Antonio Will Jump In Front of A Camera For A "Peanut Shell" Opening). NO LOCAL COVERAGE OF THIS!!!!. Wow! Villaraigosa, once eager for all PR opportunities, imposes a media blackout on a HUGE PR opportunity like “CONFERNCE OF MAYORS”? I mean, the guy is Hillary Clinton’s Campaign Co-Chair (with Nucklehead Nunez) – and he has all these Mayors in his City for National press opportunities and it’s not even being mentioned in the media? WOW! If the strategy is, “keep him and his name out of the press” – well there goes one of this main strengths out the window. Like not letting Britney Spears dance, and all you are left with is the bad singing. Click here for Conference Topics and Participants

MCLEAN'S DOUBLE DUTY: When ZD was at the 912 Review commission, last week, he looked to see if Jessica Mclean was there. She wasn't. Man...she was really lucky to get hired by CM Jose Huizar's office -- AND be allowed to still serve on the 912 Review Commission. (After ZD heard Huizar was told by City Hall powers, that she should step down from 912 Review Commission, if Huizar was to hire he. She hasn't stepped down. [SOMEONE SURE IS HITTING US OVER THE HEAD WITH THIS NAME. MEANWHILE, ZD Batsources DO SAY, Huizar was told she should step down, so at least focus on that, please! A "talk show friendly" topic, with ZD "actual issue" Trojan horse.]

HACO HOANG: $20,000 City Contract to IMPLEMENT "Training" for DONE -- BUT ZD Source Says It Was For NADA! (Where's PROOF OF IMPLEMENTATION?) AGAIN: ZD's SHADY TIPPER KEEPS HITTING US OVER THE HEAD WITH THIS. CLICK HERE FOR JOB DESCRIPTION AND ALLEGED PATRONAGE-JOB GIVING SHADINESS

AND NOW...YOU REALLY SHOULD WATCH THIS EXTREMELY COMPELLING VIDEO OF THE TED HAYES FIRST AMENDMENT, PERMIT-ISSUED GATHERING OVER THE WEEKEND, WHERE HE WAS DENIED ACCESS BECAUSE THE CITY FAILED TO ENFORCE THE LAW AND ALLOWED ANARCHY TO RULE THE STREETS OF LOS ANGELES, AT THE SAME TIME THE CITY IS BETTING THE FARM AND ROLLING THE DICE THAT A FIVE STAR CONVENTION CENTER DOWNTOWN WILL FIX IT?

just commenting on a few tidbits that have come to the forefront again on this blog in the comment section, so I felt it was worthy of follow-up postings (based on previous material, I hadn't posted, yet, in favor of other material. But why hold it back. Je-ZUS! I've been holding myself the New York Times standards on agenda item issues...meanwhile, the rest of the world is talking about all this other stuff...no biggie bro, it's there for some folks to check out on a f-ing blog.

It's not like I took out a time buy, or sent flyers out, or posted signs on it...damn bro...why don't you just tell me what I'm allowed to say on the phone, and what I'm allowed to THINK, while you're at it.

What's the BIG DEAL? DID I FILE CHARGES AGAINST THEM, OVER IT.

AND PART OF MY RE-FOCUSING ON THE MATERIAL -- IS -- BECAUSE OF WHO BROUGHT IT TO MY ATTENTION. (If it's important to THEM...it's important to ME. And I know, that they are setting me up for shoes they have ready to drop, down the line. So that's the true spirit of community activism! Everyone networking and collaborating and doing their unique part. So, pay attention to what ZD puts on the record, next time I can drag my ass down to Chambers. It's not as easy for me in the summer. Who feels like taking a smog infested, traffic congested trip to the dead as a door nail, tumbleweed ghostown. I mean, who feels like leaving the beach, for that. Plus, I have to sit there and look at people like Jan Perry and Wendy Greuel and Eric Garcetti...and it depresses me and makes me kinda nauseus and sick to my stomach. So if it's another week, before I put some of the shiz my "invisible Bat Surveilance device" has sent to me...excuuuuuuuuse meeeeeeee!

Meanwhile...6:56pm (CBL) is right...NOTHING TO SEE HERE!!! EVERYONE CARRY ON!

Where in the Brown Act does it say that these talks can't happen? Why can't 7 council members get together and discuss this issue in an informal fashion?

The controversial college thesis that exposes Hillary’s Marxist and Socialist views was, until
recently, sealed at the request of the Clinton White House to hide the information from the American
public. The 92-page document reportedly paints a favorable picture of the radical leftwing community organizer Saul Alinsky, whom Hillary describes as a “compelling personality” with “exceptional charm.” The Clintons used their notorious strongarm tactics to force administrators at Wellesley, a
women’s liberal arts college in Boston, to create a special rule that made any thesis written by a President or First Lady of the United States off limits. We’ve seen Hillary take extreme measures to silence her foes. But who could have imagined Hillary could go to such extraordinary lengths to, in effect, silence herself?

Judicial Watch filed separate complaints with the Senate Ethics Committee and the Department
of Justice against Hillary Clinton, who failed to disclose her position as Secretary/Treasurer of the Clinton Family Foundation in Senate financial disclosure reports on five occasions, in violation of a federal law called the Ethics in Government Act. Why would Hillary want to keep her role in the foundation a secret? Apparently, there is a foundation contribution concerning an individual involved in Hillary’s questionable commodities trading in the 1970s.
Certainly as she prepared for her presidential run, Hillary had an interest in keeping from the public more questions about cattle futures and the foundation’s contributions to Mideast charities.
In classic Clinton fashion, Hillary said her failure to report the lucrative family charity in Congressional disclosure reports—five times—was simply
an “oversight.”

I'll help you out here, dum-dum.

The Brown Act prohibits serial conversations between a majority of the group, so if seven talk one day and a different seven talk the next day, that's OK, as long as there is no overlap.

But, if one councilmember calls seven others, even one at a time, Bingo!!!

Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen (removes hat and bows low with flourish):

Zuma lad, you know I too have been hitting you upon the noggin with a request to look at "expense reports," have I not? I suppose you need just a little bit of a hint to get you moving in that direction, savvy?

The other evening, if you will, I was at a fine dining establishment having an enjoyable dinner with one of the pirates from another crew that sails in similar waters, but under a different flag, savvy? Two gentlemen came in, sat themselves down and began to enjoy themselves immensely; they were cussing and swearing up such a blue streak that we thought they were Corsairs, savvy? But they were not. Who were they? In a minute, lad.

Now you can imagine my surprise upon seeing these two men together in the same room. Discussing things that if asked each would swear upon a stack of Bibles that they did not even THINK of discussing....things like dealing with the Union, inside information for use in hoodwinking certain union officials, etc. And all the while using language that even made my pirate ears hurt. Now I may be a pirate, but I am a well-spoken one, I am. And a quick word with the proprietor confirmed that these two meet to have dinner on a regular basis.

So, the more alcohol these two consumed, the worse and louder the profanity became (especially when discussing the union associated with the entity that one of the blokes represented) until it got to the point where it was no longer pleasant to be in the vicinity of these two. The proprietor apologized profusely but what could he do? These two are regular patrons. They meet quite often to discuss how one will appear before the public in one manner but differently in private.

Oh, and who were the two? Villabarbosa and the man who is in charge of the light and power. Imagine those two discussing how to bust the union over a good bottle of wine, savvy?

Yes, please take a look at expense reports. There's more shiznit to be heard once this little tidbit reaches the ears of them that read and report, savvy?

And before I forget, the proprietor (bless his heart) will vouch that Captain Jack Sparrow is BY FAR a better tipper than the other two blokes.

Good evening Zuma lad (tips hat):

Oh bugger. I forgot to mention one more thing. I took a listen to that song you referred to....maybe, perhaps. But from my vantage point down here in the Marina, I would say that the clever little ditty by Sweet (Ballroom Blitz) sums things up nicely, savvy?

why do I have to choose a color??

Ted?
can you explain?

LOL!!! So dry, your humor -- I almost thought you were defending it. Thanks for letting me know it's SEVEN (7). Who have they conspired behind closed doors to support.

AND FOR EVERYONE WHOSE (7:35) HUMOR WAS TOO DRY TO REGISTER:

A: Yes! This would be a Brown Act violation.

Zuma lost his credibility when he was given a chance to blow the lid off the Joe B. and Jim Alger conspiracy and he blew it. He only cares about imaginary corruption, not the real deal.

How come the lid didn't blow off when it was covered on this blog with main threads? It was covered extensively. I agree, it's shady as hell...I don't like it. Why don't you just start posting about it here? But, I told you, you annoyed the f*ck out of me, and turned me off to the issue, at the same time Bradley/EBE, Citywide conflict of interest over project approvals, and many other issues that affect more people than your axe to grind. SHOW UP TO YOUR LOCAL NC AND COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.

Oh! You got me. I'm a total fraud, sent by Mayor Sam to slam the mayor and cover for his NC participant freinds. I'm glad Citwatch covered it! So why do I need to? You just said, they covered it? How about if KIIS-FM plays the exact same songs at the same time as Power 106. Would you be happy. Sorry news about Jim Alger slipped through my radar when I while I was researching $5 Billion Dollars worth of shady Downtown development projects (LA LIVE/Grand Ave, investigating Jeff Carr's Sojouners, that ties into Clinton Presidential campaign...and of course Eminent Domain and all the other Citywide issues.

So ok...Jim Alger isn't gonna be NC president anymore, and maybe they will buy the emergency hammers from Home Depot instead of Do-It-Centers.

Waaaaaaaaaah...Waaaaaaaaaaah....waaaaaaaaaaaah.....I sit here and slam Zuma all day long, but he won't mention something about Jim Alger. I'll tell you what pal, I'll call into a talk radio show, and start talking about Jim Alger's NC career. That's the big issue in the city!

Ted exercises his 1st ammendment rights and they all him racist. Moron!!! The damn illegals had clowncil saying they were entitled to exercise their rights and even had the ACLU supporting them yet not one idiot council member has come out for Ted. I give Ted much credit for taking the high road and preventing a riot with those illegal, uneducated morons at Leimert Park. Where is Bitter Bernie on this cause it was in his district?

Zuma you're doing a fine job posting all the corruption going on in this city. Reporters read this blog daily to find out what's really happening. The haters can always go somewhere else but they're addicting to your threads. Nice job.

Zuma,

In the early years of the NC system, city officials and DONE openly encouraged city employees to join their local neighborhood councils and take part as any other stakeholder would.

Why would they suddenly be hypocritical and reverse themselves and say that Jessica with the hyphenates in CD14 shouldn't serve on the NC commission that's an extensive of, and reviewing the way NCs work?

The original BONCers were also involved with their own NCs. Just makes sense to have the people that are supposed to help steer the course know something about the day-to-day workings.

With a city employee who also knows the NC system from having served on a board, you get a three-fer.

There's no logic in excluding them. Staffers are just as "advisory" to their bosses as NCs are - the final decision is still in the hands of the elected.

Elected officials on NC boards (like when Zine was going to try it, I think), sure, now THAT is crazy. But not staffers. They add the kind of expertise about City Hall that most NCs bumble around and miss for lack of understanding of the system.

You should have mentioned that many, maybe most of the current BONC neighborhood commissioners hadn't worked with L.A. neighborhood councils before they were appointed.

That's crazy, too.
