MOTION: GIVE Neighborhood Council MORE Power Regarding Zuma Dogg's Most Dreades Topic: TRACT MAPS, Y'ALL!!!

__________________________________________________________
SIDE NOTE/MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE TO CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW....SEE COMMENT SECTION OF THIS THREAD AND "TOM" THREAD BELOW FOR Mt. Washington REAL ESTATE UPDATE...ZD IS LOOKING FOR SOME AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
__________________________________________________________

RALLY THE TROOPS ALERT -- RALLY THE TROOPS ALERT...HERE'S SOMETHING WORTH SHOWING UP FOR...

MOTION:

LA Municipal code provides City agencies with authority to appeal certain entitlement requests.

For example, the right to appeal a tenantive tract map decision to the Council, states that ANY interested person adversely affected by the proposed subdivision may appeal the lower body's tract map.

Neighborhood Councils are taking active roles in Planning and Land Use decisions in the communities they represent.

Currently, the City does NOT allow NCs the right to appeal the same entitlement afforded to other City agencies.

[ZD HAS BEEN BLASTING ABOUT TRACT MAPS IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY CHARTER...So Neighborhood Councils -- please be aware of this empowering motion. AND PLEASE TRY AND BRING AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN TO THE NEXT MEETING IN YOUR AREA...THAT IS THE MAIN SPIN CITY HALL NC HATERS WILL USE TO SCOFF AT NC. ("Why should we listen to the voice of only five people?) And I hate to say it, but they got NC on that one, in many cases. One DONE staffer, who would like to see NC succeed, if they became more organized, pointed to Sherman Oaks Homeowners Association, who isn't recognized by the City Charter, but they don't have to be. So this is an important, and empowering motion for Neighborhood Council, and hopefully they will use this added power to help bring more people to the meetings, since there is much more 'stake" in the meeting for the "stakeholders".]

How about in the bilge of his sturdy craft?

You might as well dream about a two million dallar house; it is as attainable as the other things you are seeking, like knowledge of tract maps, subdivisions, CEQA, Coastal Act and the like.

But, the mental masturbation is getting alittle irrelevant, don't you think?

You are so wrong; they are ALL about Zuma Dogg and his therapy.

No one gives him enough money for coffee, food or gas, so he sits there, day and night, and whines and blogs for therapy.

The titles are just to suck you in so maybe you'll part with a few shekels for a delusional moron.

ZD says...I deleted it, cause it had nothing to do with the post...but then she would cry...so I put it back up and add..."part with a few shekels???" ARE YOU NUTS...I am doing this to bring and end to the fraud, waste and abuse that is bleeding the city to death...I'm obviously pissed off about it and can't stop...EXCATLY HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK ANYONE HAS EVER DONATED OFF MAYOR SAM?

I can tell you this much, in the past 30 days, or longer, it has been $0.00. So don't trip bitch. You wouldn't understand what it is like to be driven for non-monetary reward, because you lack pride, joy and dignity in your life. Sorry. That's why you should just sit back and let the true community leaders take charge. Which we have...and when I say "we", I mean hundreds of people who network on this stuff.

Got it!

ZD and Matt Dowd are the true community leaders. They have been elected by......

Oh, yes, by ZD and Matt Dowd!!

How silly of me, I thought that the Mayor and City Council and the Board of Supervisors were the elected leaders of the place we call Los Angeles.

But now we have a champion, a self appointed delusional person who comes out of the woodwork and will single handidly put a stop to corruption, fraud, waste and abuse in Los Angeles.

How stupid of me; I thought we elected Steve Cooley the District Attorney and appointed a Grand Jury to do that. They must be commiting fraud, wasting, stealing and abusing as well.

Phew. Sure glad we have our champions to do all of their work for them. I can rest easy now.

Yep! ZD and Matt Dowd...that's it. Matt is my Bat Computer...he''s the one that provided me with all my info this past year, and more importantly, this past week. Everyone at City Hall is LAUGHING their asses off at ZD's recent posting this past week...nothing going on here...go back to your hard word and community service, loser. (If that's what you call 24/7 ZD monitoring,)
