Mayor Sam's Hotsheet for Thursday
The LA Chamber of Commerce has endorsed the Mayor's slate for the school board. Considering how many downtown interests are members of the Chamber and how many of them depend on local government contracts to make the balance sheet green, one should not be surprised. Tamar Galatzan one of the candidates backed by the Mayor is married to lobbyist Brendan Huffman who was once an official with the Chamber. The Chamber's endorsement easily echoes the political spin Galatzan and Villaraigosa supporters have been posting to the blog lately.Zach at In The Oaks takes a look at the LA River Master Plan through Sherman Oaks and Studio City. We've covered it before but now none other the LA Weekly has picked up on the battle between NoHo Boho performance venue Kulak's Woodshed and former porn star Charles "Jeff Stryker" Peyton. Somehow, Wendy Greuel has allowed herself to get in the middle of all of this.

I am sure that we can create a uniform for "RANGER IF YOU WILL" as she charms her way around the city, plant the seedings of L.A.'s Green Space.

Rick Orlov reports the brewing battle between the Business community and "PATRICK THE GREEN" favorite "PEOPLE'S CLOWNCIL". Again, those socialist, minus PARKS, ZINE, and SMITH, place goverment intervention, ahead of "FREE ENTERPRISE", in regards to the Airport Hotels.
3. "405 OR FIGHT !!":
GEORGE "LITTLE RED" SKELTON takes on the cause of Los Angeles County over the non-funding of the 405 inprovements. What a group of people have join ranks to push for the 405. Even KFI's John and Ken have "BROKEN BREAD" with "HIS POLLONESS over the 405. Expect the "KENNEDY REPUBLICAN" and "FLABIAN" to leverage the bond money sooner than later.
4. "CLEANER LAKE TOO LATE FOR REGGIE ??":
L.A.'s favorite "SNAPPER", Reggie the Gator, if still lurking in Lake Machado. Will get a multi-million dollor cleaning of his refuge. For Reggie, this appropiation of clean water Prop O money, might have come too late. Reggie has not been seen in months. BORN FREE TO YOU REGGIE !!
