An attorney said Friday that Laura Chick N Shit's fraud line is not legal. He gave good arguments and stated it should be shut down immediately.

Whistleblowing is a fancy name for silencing the snitch. The pirate network at City Hall is a network of snitches, and there are more snitches than there are snoozers and sneezers. savvy?
Besides, those who pledge allegiance to the Jolly Roger do so knowing that not only does their identity remain intact, they get a front row seat to watch all the fun.
Nay, them that blow whistles are usually full of hot air themselves.

Dear Mr. Yorty,
Since it appears that my idea to silence people with my whisleblowers hotline is illegal, can I simply put my hotline on a call foward to your cell phone and direct my website to your email address. Then just call me and leave the info on my voice mail. I'll be sure to jump on audit immediatley, unless it's not something I care to delve into for political reasons.
However, if you have something that reflects badly on someone who is challenging my authority, please pass it on.
