Didn't see open thread. This is B.S. that a board commissioner can speak out as an activist. This so called Rev. Logan is the most radical piece of crap walking this earth. He has threatened many times to burn down the city if he and his small group of losers don't get their way. This is typical of Antonio supporters who got payback appointed to a commission spot.
Daily News........
When you go into closed session I want you to remember when Devin Brown died that day, his dreams died, too," said the Rev. Lewis Logan, pastor at Bethel AME Church and a member of the city's Board of Neighborhood Commissioners.

Devin Brown? The uncontrollable 13 year old boy who had no parental control and was out driving and out running police at 13? Boo hoo. Boo hoo. Poor, poor bad future gang member. Oh my heart bleeds.
I'm not sure what this has to do with poor Chris Penn though. I've never seen him before, but I do know it sucks to lose a sibling so I feel bad for Sean Penn.
