Our old cranky friend, Joseph Mailander over at Martini Republic is on the Kevin Roderick beat again.This time he wonders aloud why LA Observed is not getting worked up over the war in Iraq, the price of gas, traffic or any number of hot issues, but chronicles alleged abuse of the 911 system by a young actress who has the Maxim magazine crowd always on fire.

Joseph M. needs to get into the real world and get worked up and cranky over the fact that Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa (and his buddy on this better-read blog, Chief Faker), lied about and covered up AV's only "CV" accomplishment for two years of top-level city salary. . . yes, it's true: The "80 Neighborhood Watches in CD14" scam was a HUGE lie concocted by a scruffy, hippie, socialist, atheist campaign hack, who shall remain faithless.
Why, I'm absolutely incensed about it:
