This is an outright LIE. Antonio did absolutely nothing as councilman and now he's trying to take credit of all things for a gang injunction. Everyone knows Antonio supports the gang bangers and he's lying saying he did anything in Ramona Gardens. Hell, he didn't do anything for 2 yrs in CD14.

Ramallo said the injunction obtained by Delgadillo grew out of Villaraigosa's efforts "to develop strategies to impact that area. One of those strategies … certainly was the gang injunction."
