An article in today's Daily News points out that our girlfriend Laura Chick has yet again turned up another city scam. Though its not really anything any of us haven't known for some time.

So the CRA has given the bank away. So what else is new when you have a bunch of political hacks dispersing the dough.
And now the pols want us to fund stem cell research. A great goal, but not funded by the government, unless, of course, you want Phil Angelides to build his campaign war chest.
