GTM Holdings CEO Mark Walther: "Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire ........, In The House of Lord"
The Controversy over the proposed Measure HHH-financed Development of Five Lincoln Heights Parking Lot, continues as the designated Developer, GTM Holdings CEO Mark Walther, "Bears False Witness (regarding date of City of LA BTRC Permit)", as his (and sub-contractor WORKS President Channa Grace's) Campaign Contributions to CD-1 City Councilman Gil Cedillo ......., raises ethical concerns about potential Bid-rigging.
What is the cost (allegedly), to orchestrate a Bid-rigging, Bait and Switch reallocation of Measure HHH Funds?
Blogger's Notes: With no bloggin interruptions (as a courtesy to GTM Holdings CEO Mark Walther), we must ask the aspiring, "Measure HHH-financed LH5 (Parking Lots) Lead Developer", what came first before his Firm's Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with the City of LA's CAO Office ........., the BTRC Permit, or the Campaign Contributions?
On Wednesday Evening during a Community Meeting at the Sacred Heart Parish, when asked the question, "When did GTM Holdings obtain their City of Los Angeles BTRC Permit", Mr. Walther stated that the LLC. has been involve in the construction of Affordable Housing since 2012 ........, but one should know better than to "Bear False Witness in the House of the Lord, (again)".
Mr. Walther (if Catholic) may want to seek out the nearest Confessional (and also legal counsel), as his words (plus some inconvenient documentation), are "Bearing True Witness", to a growing, scandalous exploitation of a Humanitarian Crisis.
As the disgrace of absentee Mayor Eric Garcetti's oversight of Downtown LA's Typhus Outbreak currently-garners the attention of the Local Media, lacking has been the coverage of a blatant "Bait & Switch" on the re-allocation of Measure HHH Funding from urgently-needed projects to protect/house the Homeless .........., and instead, reward the politically-connected.
In the case of GTM Holdings (and contrary to the comments of CEO Mark Walther), the 2012 Jonathan Littrell-founded LLC. did not obtain a City of Los Angeles BTRC Permit to until December 19, 2017, more than year after former City of Los Angeles Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Miguel Santana's "Request for Authority to Establish a List of Pre-qualified Developers for Housing Development on City-owned Sites" ........, that included GTM Holdings (and Partner WORKS).
Upon further investigation, it was found that GTM Holdings initial date on its Business License, was back-dated to June 1, 2016 (as noted during a review of the City of LA Online Business Portal), which would make it appear that they were lawfully operating as a business within the city in order to meet the September (of 2016) deadline for submissions for proposed development plans ........, and for what cost?
Campaign Contribution Records via the City of LA Ethics Website, disclose that the proposed "LH5 Development Duo of Walthers and Grace", gave a total of $1,930 (shown below) to the 2017 Re-election Campaign of CD-1 City Councilman Gil Cedillo .........., a scandalous disclosure that merits a "formal investigation" on possible bid-rigging (to be continue)-----Scott Johnson.

With no apologies to GTM Holdings Mark Walther, your current employer did not have a BTRC Permit in 2012. Instead, Public Records show the Permit Date as December 19, 2017 .......... or after your Second (and Channa's Third) Contribution to the Cedillo Campaign.

GTM Holdings Mark Walther's connection to Mayor Eric Garcetti.
Walther seems to be well-connected to LA's political elite. The non-profit database GuideStar lists him as Principal Officer of the Getty House Foundation, which is the 501c3 that oversees management of the Mayor's residence.

Councilmember Ed Reyes is hooked into this development, although it is unclear who’s paying him or what his deal is. What we do know about Mr. Reyes is that when he ran both CD1 and the PLUM Committee, and no land use project went anywhere without his personal ok. I was thrilled when he termed out, and personally wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him. Hope I’m wrong about his participation..
