Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles (and Beyond) Political Machine for Election Eve Monday

On the eve of Tuesday's 2022 Los Angeles Municipal Elections, it's almost a certainty that Mayoral Candidates Developer Rick Caruso and Congresswoman Karen Bass will commence on Wednesday, a five-month Runoff Battle that will have a lasting impact on the future of a city in physical, moral and ethical distress. 

With both Developer Rick Caruso (at Downtown LA's Grand Central Market) and Congresswoman Karen Bass (at Boyle Height's Mariachi Plaza) making recent campaign appearances in Council District 14, a growing disgruntled CD-14 Electorate, may play a major role in who replaces "Failure Mayor 2.0 Eric Garcetti", come November.

Spring Street. Tuesday's Municipal Elections sub-plots are numerous, mostly centered on Grass-Roots Progressives (in reality Leftist Socialists), seeking to usurp Establishment Progressives (with the Editorial help of the China Watch El Segundo Times), in contested City Council Elections and LAUSD Board of Education Contests city-wide. In the election for Mayor, City Attorney and City Controller, it's almost a certainty that each contest will be decided in November. That stated here are some of the Election Day sub-plots that will have our bloggin interest.

1. Will the CD-11 Electorate return sanity to a Council District overrun with Homelessness and Dysfunction?

2. Say Hey!!  What happen to the Kevin James City Attorney Campaign?

3. Does a Latina Carpetbagger (Dulce Vasquez) defeat the ethically challenged Councilman Curren Price in CD-9?

4. Can a Career Politico Potato Head become a City Controller?

5. Does "Gorda Boo Boo 2.0 (aka. Eunisses Hernandez)", take down the Establishment Progressive Councilman "Broken Deal Cedillo"?? ** It's very possible.

6. Does the "China Watch El Segundo Times" racial smearing of another Elected Official (LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva), result in a backlash, landslide victory?

7. Can LAUSD District Two Candidate Maria "Mini Boo Boo" Brenes defeat Radical Regressive Rocio Rivas and save the dwindling school district from its devolving into the Indoctrination/Educational Stone Age?
