As the Sun dawns on the First Day of the Reign of newly-bestowed, "CD-14 City Councilman K. Antonio Jose (of or de) Leon", we openly muse on whether the San Diego-raised Career Politico will execute his duties as a Councilmanic Hybrid, that caters to the Special Interests (as exampled by Jose Huizar), while placing paramount his Mayoral Ambitions (remembering Tony Villar) ….., in 2022.

Its Official!! Jose Luis Huizar has been cleanse from CD-14.

As I keyboard this missive, the corrupt, vile, immoral era of a promising Princeton Graduate, turned petulant Political Reprobate, is no more as Jose Luis Huizar (and Familia), are now merely, "Charros-in-Exiles (in the Inland Empire?)" …….., as they await a Summer Day of Judgment.  

Taking his place as the latest CD-14 Officeholder, is the Council District Nine-born, San Diego-raised, BFF of former Assembly Speaker Fabian (and Esteban) Nunez, known Politically as "Kevin De Leon (birth name Kevin Alexander Leon)", who we blogging-bestowed today as …….."CD-14 City Councilman K. Antonio Jose (of or de) Leon 2.0". 

Astute, longtime CD-14 Political Observers, will likely join in agreement with our observations that the former Assemblyman/State Senate Presidente Pro Tempore (along with being a failed US Senate Candidate), will execute his Officeholder's duties adopting a hybrid approach that combines Jose Huizar's documented proclivity of catering to Special Interests, while placing PARAMOUNT, his 2022 Mayoral Aspirations (by replicating Antonio VIllaraigosa in 2003).

That stated, we broach these questions on issues that "Councilman K. Antonio Jose (of or de) Leon", may, should or ignore to act upon in the interim …...……, as he looks onwards to a 2022 Mayoral Campaign.

First, will the supposed Transition Team of new CD-14 City Councilman K. Antonio Jose (of or de) Leon 2.0, IMMEDIATLY, terminate all Indicted Councilman Jose Huizar Staff Members ……, and pledge not hire and ex. Huizar Staffers (or Family Members)? 

Second, will new Councilman K. Antonio Jose (of or de) Leon 2.0, pledge to create an Open and Transparent Process for Community Groups to apply for Discretionary Funding, via the CLARTS Fund (plus others accounts) and give 24/7 Assess to the Funding Reports? 

Third, will new Councilman K. Antonio Jose (of or de) Leon 2.0, commit to a regular schedule of CD-14 Office Hours to meet with the average constituent on issues of concern?

Fourth, will new Councilman K. Antonio Jose (of or de) Leon 2.0, initiate Communal Townhalls?

Fifth, will new Councilman K. Antonio Jose (of or de) Leon, place an immediate moratorium on all pending CD-14 Developments approved by Indicted Ex Councilman Jose Huizar, while an review of the approval process is reviewed for any nefarious misconduct?

Lastly (for now), will new Councilman K. Antonio Jose (of or de) Leon 2.0, reconsider signing the PLEDGE to serve a full term? To be continued----Scott Johnson in CD-14.
