Its time for our weekly review of Journalistic Malpractice via the Commerce/Bell Gardens/Hawaiian Gardens Casinos-financed Keyboard of Publisher/Chief Propagandist (for the Chacon Political Family, allegedly) of the formerly, award-winning Los Cerritos News, now the weakly, "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News".

** Blogger's Note: Its a chilly Saturday, December 12, 2015 as we recommence our regular bloggin feature that extrapolates the truth .........., while serving as a Public Disclosure of factually-challenged, "Wanton Missives of Distortions (WMDs)", as we present this week's Edition of "The Brian Hews/Los Chacon News Journalistic Malpractice Disclaimers".

While we cannot broach with definitive background on the ethically-lacking qualities that are prerequisites for crafting the recent numerous WMDs found within the pages of the formerly Los Cerritos News ........, now the merely weakly "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News". We can surmise. based upon the quantity, that more than one mercenary-like Propagandist is required to keyboard the Brian/Chacon Political Family Agenda-driven missives. 

Since its a known fact that the likes of Central Basin Water District Director (and convicted Chacon Family Bad Boy) Art Chacon, is not exactly proficient in merging proper grammar and diction (or lack of), into a deliberate, factually-challenged WMD (after all, Art could not spell his shorten, given name, even if the Central Basin Water District approved a Slush Fund for purchasing Vowels), Then someone else, who shares the same self-serving Political Agenda is needed.

That was witnessed in the previous week's December 4 Edition as Brian Hews (with alleged aid of a Ghost Propagandist), attempts in his documented form of taking the truth ........., and keyboarding a revisionist, factually-challenged WMD (with no surprise, a Art Chacon quote for added spin), that sought to spin the recent State of California Audit of the Central Basin Water District, into a indictment on the leadership of the current majority Directors, President Bob Apodaca, Vice-President James Roybal and Leticia Vasquez (who has been on the Board less than three years).

As the duo of Central Basin Water District General Manager Kevin Hunt and Director Leticia Vasquez went public on the KRLA 870 AM Randy Economy Radio Show, in taking tough questions regarding the Water Agency's response to the Audit's Findings ........., was the "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News" using the alleged Ghost Propagandist/Litigious Former Water District Employee's factually-challenged statement, to wrongfully besmirched the character of those not responsible for the questionable fiscal, governance and hiring practices, that took place during the alleged, Calderon Corruption Reign of Control, as excerpted below?

One former high-ranking District employee who did not want to be identified said, “The Audit does not take into consideration that an earnest effort was made by the former Board in 2012 to promptly investigate the $2.75 million trust fund as well as the District’s questionable and dubious contracting practices. Once longtime former General Manager Art Aguilar was pushed out it was like the Board had seen daylight for the first time. They immediately brought in new management familiar with the events that had taken place only to see the new Board majority of Leticia Vasquez, James Roybal and Bob Apodaca dismantle that team. Anyone familiar with Central Basin knows that Roybal, Apodaca and Vasquez displayed total disregard for the financial well-being of the District. The numerous lawsuits make that very clear. Roybal and Vasquez are forever beholden to those that financed their election campaigns. They are collectively unfit to govern. The Audit concludes correctly that the existing Board is not qualified to continue in a decision making capacity”

One longtime, discerning observer is of the opinion that convicted, former Pico Rivera City Councilman ......., and terminated, former Central Basin Water District Assistant General Manager Ron Beilke was the source (and ghost writer) of the above paragraph. Its should also be noted that the infamous Wiener Stand Owner, was also endorsed by the "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News" in his recent, unsuccessful campaign for the Santa Fe Springs City Council.

"When faced with termination, feign injury to maintain employment (allegedly)".

According to others sources, Beilke when told, six days into his questionable hiring, that the board was moving forward in terminating him, allegedly rammed himself, head-first, into his office wall, in the belief that he could not be let go while under treatment for a workplace injury.

But that is not the sort of factually-based information that makes the current incarnation of the formerly, Los Cerritos News ........., now a merely, weakly "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News" of assorted WMDs that provide the abundant, bloggin fodder for another Edition of  "The Brian Hews/Los Chacon News Journalistic Malpractice Disclaimers"----Scott Johnson.
