In Part Two of our Mayor Sam Exclusive, regarding the City of Commerce's Legal Efforts to expel just-reelected City Councilman Hugo Argumedo from holding Public Office, we have obtained the "Verified Complaint In Quo Warranto" recently filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

** Blogger's Note: In Part Two of our Mayor Sam Exclusive, regarding the City of Commerce Legal Efforts to have City Councilman Hugo Argumedo permanently disqualify from holding Public Office, based upon his plea deal/conviction for Obstruction of Justice in 2010. We have obtain the Los Angeles Count Superior Court-filed "Verified Complaint In Quo Warranto", that is the California Attorney General Kamala Harris "Granted" legal remedy/foundation for its efforts to remove the half-sibling of the infamous Southeast LA County Chacon Political Family. Initiated soon after Argumedo was re-elected, following his court-ordered banishment from holding any Public Office, The legal efforts cleared a major procedural hurdle in November when the California Attorney General Kamala Harris "Granted"the required "Leave to Sue In Quo Warranto", which allowed Commerce to move forward in seeking a potentially, precedent-setting legal opinion----Scott Johnson.
