Morning Briefs on "Get Away Day" from the Los Angeles Political Machine for Good Friday 2012

 Hola and blessed Good Friday to all as the likes of the City Clowncil Central Committee packs it in and joins many in escaping the political world for this most sacred weekend of the year. This blogger will be  embarking on his annual journey to the therapeutic "Glass House in the Desert" (not the old LAPD lockup) for some "non-bloggin r & r" and soak away Father Time's little aches and pains. 

For CD 14 El Sereno Field Office Director Arturo "Papa Puffs" Gonzalez, he can report to his "superior" that a "certain Princeton Graduate" favorite blogger has escaped from CD 14. Rest assure Papa Puffs that you will be in our thoughts as you search out material (and a public records request) for your weekly email puffs to the El Sereno Community.

But humor aside, its my sincere wish to all as the sun rises on Easter day that we can all awaken to a better, peaceful world and strive to work together in living the values that represent the best of the American character under one God.
