Let the Kids Have Easter
Like the nutcases who want to ruin Valentines' Day with "Vagina Day," some radical leftists want to inject politics into what should be a fun day for the kiddies; President Obama's White House Easter Egg Roll.
We got an email from an extremist group that says the following:
As the White House conducts its traditional Easter egg roll, Brave New Foundation's Rethink Afghanistan campaign will have several Easter Bunnies distributing and hiding more than 6,000 Easter eggs in New York City and Washington DC. The eggs will be stuffed with toy soldiers serving as a reminder of the troops currently stationed in Afghanistan along with a series of poignant questions that have yet to be raised about the war on Afghanistan.
Certainly these issues are important and deserve important public discussion and analysis; but must we ruin wonderful experiences for the kids and make them grow up even faster than they already are today?

Better than letting them grow up in a fantasy world where bunny rabbits
lay painted eggs to celebrate Jesus's return from the dead.

Joe, kids need fantasy, it's a part of childhood.
I don't even think Obama would support the politicization of this event.
These aren't Democrats or even liberals, they are leftists.
It's the same thing as the Ron Paul nutjobs who show up to the tea parties.
Though some of those Ron Paulesque wackos are really Daily Kos, Huff Po and MoveOn.org folks in disguise.
Same kind of dirty tricks as Nixon sending pizzas to the McGovern rallies.
