It had just been a long agenda item discussion and they were all wrapped up, and ZD was ready to go at the mic...but then...all of the sudden..."Oh no, not Parks." (I knew it was gonna be a long one.)
And, alright...I admit; I knew the mic was already hot from tapping it.
RE: Gene Simmons. That was the last time they had public comment from that remote broadcast room. They moved it into the main Van Nuys Council Chambers to prevent anything like that from happening again. It all just looked TOO good.
