The figures below come from the California Department of Health Statistics, and are for MOTHERS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 15 AND 17, for the year 2004, in Los Angeles County.

I'll bet that correlates nicely with upward mobility (or its absence).
Oops! I meant to say it WON'T correlate with upward mobility, since that's only a function of institutional racism, er, racismo.
I wonder which of these ethnicities are mostly members of the Catholic Church?

Do you realize these figures change from county to county. You're talking about L.A. County for God's sake. The statistics reflect the population by ethnic background.
Why is the GOV so concerned about ethnicity. Why not tackle this problem as a whole.

I'm guessing 8:50 is a Clowncil Staffer. He or she might benefit from a bar graph depicting the same data, but I doubt it. Political correctness is a form of self-induced blindness.
