** Blogger's Notes: In a Mayor Sam Sister City News Group Exclusive, we make public a Press Release (posted below), from the Board of Directors of the Lucille and Edward Roybal Foundation, which details the ethically/legally questionable attempt by family members of the late Latino Political Icon, to purge them and replace them from the Public 501-C3 Non-Profit. As reported here previously, the foursome of Lou Roybal Gardner, Edward Roybal Jr., Loushana Roybal-Rose and Lillian Roybal, could face serious ethical/legal ramifications from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for violating Conflict of Interest Protocols which govern the composition of Public 501-C3 Non-Profit's Board of Directors. We will provide an update regarding this latest Non-Profit Controversy on Thursday----Scott Johnson.
