A "Two Percent Substance (of choice) Presidential/Mayor Gar-SOFT-ee" Faces the Reality of his Homeless Crisis

Mayor Eric Gar-SOFT-ee (in Yoga Pants) interrupted his "Two Percent Substance (of choice) 2020 Presidential Aspirations Tour", to view first hand, the blunt reality (and growing communal push back) regarding his failed absentee leadership, in mitigating the affects of a life-threatening Homeless Crisis.   

There was NOTHING SOFT about the Venice Community's Push Back against an Absentee Mayor's Home Crisis Policies last week.

From Lincoln Heights, Koreatown, Sherman Oaks and last week in Venice (recorded on videos below), a growing (and diverse) amount of Los Angeles Neighborhoods, are pushing back against the failure of leadership from their City Clowncil Central Committee ............, and its absentee "Two Percent Substance (of choice) 2020 Presidential Aspirant" Mayor Eric "Gar-SOFT-ee (in Yoga Pants)".

Mayor Gar-SOFT-ee (in Yoga Pants) ceased momentarily his "Two Percent Substance (of choice) Presidential Aspirations", to reconnect with the municipality that gave him the political stage and with the help of a disgruntle Venice Populace ............., promote to America (via CNN), the failings of his Homeless Policy Initiative. 

Since being elected to replace Two-term Failure Mayor Antonio Villar-(then Raigosa) in 2013, the former Rhodes Scholar, turned Politico, has presided over a growing (now life-threatening) Homeless Crisis, with fiscal resources increasing wanting, due to a growing percentage of the General Fund be allocated for rising Pension obligations.

What finite funding cannot fix, has been made worse due to Mayor Gar-SOFT-ee's Progressive Policy Positions on Immigration, Incarceration Reform and Housing, that grows an underclass exposed to the horrors of not being able to provide the increasing fiscal allocations to cover the cost of housing in Los Angeles ........, and dependent on Government Largess.

But what Public Policy Decisions made at 200 Spring Street could not fix, the now Second Term Officeholder (showcasing his Yoga Pants Persona), sold the Electorate on over-whelming supporting the $1.2 Billion-plus, Measure HHH, that would help end Homelessness by providing capital to finance Housing and Supportive Services.

Instead, in the best tradition of "Chinatown", what emerged from small print via the Chief Administrator's Office (CAO) after the passage of Measure HHH, is the now the sham that rewards politically-connected Developers, with free public property, to construct any type of housing ..........., with the exception of shelter for the most-vulnerable (men, women and children) ........., seeking to survive on the deadly streets of Mayor Gar-SOFT-ee's LA-----Scott Johnson.         

Mayor Gar-SOFT-ee's Staff and CD-1 Clowncilman Broken Deal Cedillo face a cynical Lincoln Heights Audience.

Koreatown's push back (successfully) against Mayor Gar-SOFT-ee and CD-10 Clowncil Strongman Herman "Mini Amin" Wesson's Homeless Shelter Plan (without community input).  

Sherman Oaks Residences send a clear "Recall Message" to CD-4 Clowncilman David Ryu. 

......., maybe someone else needs to clean up Mayor Gar-SOFT-ee's LA?
