Mayor Sam Exclusive: HOT "University of Scandalous Conduct (USC)" Controversy for Monday

 The "University of Scandalous Conduct (aka USC)" President Max Nikias and his Board of Trustees have another Controversy to contend with, as non-student residents of North University Park initiate complaints regarding the USC Department of Public Safety's lack of enforcement diligence, in regulating off-campus, student party houses.

** Blogger's Note: In a Mayor Sam Exclusive,, we have obtain a copy of a Complaint Letter to LAPD Southwest Division Captain Gerald Woodyard, regarding the "University of Scandalous Conduct (USC)" Department of Public Safety's lack of diligence in regulating off-campus Student House Parties. In the letter crafted by North University Park Resident Yosef Azri'el, the author notes that USC's Department of Public Safety is in possible violation of a Memorandum of Understanding between itself and LAPD regarding the regulation of Student House Parties. Further, residents are upset that their complaints to USC's DPS are being whitewashed/deleted from Daily Crime Logs. We have posted the Letter of Complaint below for your review.
