Dispatches from the "Disempowerment LA-occupied" LA-32 Neighborhood Council Underground 8-23-14

As LA-32 NC President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) expresses "confidence" (while casting herself as a victim) that none of the current Board Members were directly connected to the "Stop the Bullies from El Sereno 90032 Cyber Bullying Facebook Page", evidence presented below "may point back to her (and associates)", as the motivation behind its creation.  

Any Cyber Bullies lurking in the shadows behind LA-32 NC President Fonseca (formerly Caudillo)?

Great afternoon from an undisclosed location within the "Disempowerment LA-occupied" LA-32 Neighborhood Council as we bloggin cybercast our weekly dispatch in the spirit of bringing "Empowerment Freedom" to a supposed Community Elected Body (without interference from CD 14's Julio Torres).

The "Disempowerment LA/CD 14-installed Puppet President (when not blowing .08 ....., or more )" Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) sent the following communique to the LA-32 NC Board Members regarding the vile, slanderous Cyber Bullying Attacks on fellow Board Member Angela Duarte and Stakeholders.

Dear Board Members... I'm very disturbed by all the things and accusations that have been taking place recently. A Facebook page was created by someone in the Community that claims to target bullies. However, after looking at it this morning, I found that it is doing the exact same thing to our stakeholders and board members. I need you all to know that although I have been the target of cyber attacks and attempts at intimidation by some stakeholders which included them putting lies up about me and pictures of my children up without my permission,  I DO NOT condone this page and I'm confident that nobody on our Board is involved in it's creation like some stakeholders are insinuating.  But I do ask that you refrain from engaging in it at all. If you have any questions, please contact me at .........., Thank You, Marleen Fonseca.

In response to Ms. Fonseca's failed narcissist exercise in casting herself as a victim, please pause as we post this "cut and paste missive of cyber bullying via the 10-12-13 Minutes of the City of Los Angeles Civil Service Commission" ..........,

"The Department added that the chief of police had made it very clear that if an employee has a DUI arrest the Department will work with them to help overcome whatever the problem is. However, if a second offense occurs, he has stated, there is no room in the Department for that employee and they will be discharged. The Department cannot make special provision for outstanding employees or employees it likes who have received a second DUI. The policy must be uniform across the board. It was with regret that this employee was discharged, but it was the only avenue open to the Department". Nothing like "cyber-facts" to refute the narcissist rants of a "Disempowerment LA/CD 14 Puppet".

Further, the comment that "I DO NOT condone this page and I'm confident that nobody on our Board is involved in it's creation like some stakeholders are insinuating". invites a bloggin deconstruction considering ...........

** First,   the following photo shows that President Fonseca's appointee to the Land Use & Development Committee Jorge "El Nopal" Garcia (wife of President Fonseca's appointee to the Budget & Finance Committee Yolie Garcia), endorsed the Cyber Bullying from its first day on Facebook (August 3, 2014).



 I'm confident that "El Nopal" is President Fonseca's committee appointee Jorge Garcia.

** Third, photo below of Anthony Manzano speaking at a recent meeting of the latest incarnation of the NC General Board, was allegedly taken by LA-32 NC Treasurer Michelle Corzantes.

I'm confident that current LA-32 NC Treasurer Michelle Corzantes took the photo of Anthony Manzano, allegedly.

** Fourth, the photo below of items submitted into the record by Joe Cano at the last Special Meeting of the LA-32 NC General Board Meeting, were use in a demeaning Cyber Bullying Attack on a former NC Board Member.

I am confident that items presenting by Joe Cano to the LA-32 NC Board were use in a act of Cyber Bullying by the wife of Joshua "PJ" Corzantes, Michelle Corzante's fellow NC Board Members. Thus ........,

..., how can anyone have confidence in any utterances from a terminated former LAPD employee who continues to lie about her pass?
