In a Mayor Sam Exclusive, we have been made aware of a recent poll of mostly West LA Anglo Voters, that shows the Failure Mayor cover subject of this LA Magazine Classic, as being rated positive by only 36% of those survey.
But more disturbing for the "Boss D''Arcy Rizzo Greuel's" Congressional Campaign Team of Ace Smith, Sean Clegg and "MEAT", is that those polled had a 58% negativity rating of the former City Terrace Native. This cannot be spin into anything but negative as the latest Blind Political Ambition of the former CD 2 City Councilwomen, may have meet its "Endorsement of Political Death". (** Meanwhile LA County Democrats are strongly endorsing State Senator Ted Lieu with a possible California Party Endorsement likely).

** If CD 14 City Clowncil Committee Member Jose Huizar thought that his recently-announced fundraising totals, would act as an fiscal deterrence to ward off potential challengers in 2015, then I have a CLARTS Fund Audit to share. If Polanco Jr. chooses to run, he would challenge LACCD Trustee and Assemblyman Perez's Staffer Miguel Santiago, who's LACCD Bio states the following.

CA 14 is ready for new leadership, no more special interest control candidates, the longer the politician has serve they have accumulated special interest to their portfolio and no longer can they serve the district for its best interest but only to serve those special interest with control of their decisions.
Nadine Diaz is a 3rd generation stakeholder in CD 14. She is educated, humble, caring and has been a long time grassroots community organizer, health and patient care advocate for many years. Diaz is able to bring people together whether in agreement or not. It's time for healthy leadership in CD 14! Vote Diaz in 2015!
The community is tired of Sacramento making the call on who represents them. John Perez has no local presence or connection to the district he represents and now wants to elect his District director from Canoga Park?
Diaz is a fine looking woman with a lot of smarts! Great debater too!

Anonymous 3/24 2:08 you are definetely not talking about Nadine Diaz, She worked to put herself through school and at the same time took care of her grandfather until his death, she is an advocate for health care for seniors and children, activist fighting for quality of life in our communities, and your racism tells me your are not from CD 14 or Southern California, or you work for the other candidate. Nadine is well known as an activist and successfull in reaching out always for the better of our City of Los Angeles, she can stand up to corruption, when no other could not do that.

A women has not represented the 14th District before.
Shame on those who attempt to smear Nadine by connecting her with the good old boys network or those who try to align her with either side of the latino split.
Both parties are dealing with the loss off membership and a new generation that has chosen not to register for either party.
Our country has been overwhelmed

I, as a longtime resident of CD14, would not want her representing me. Someone who smiles gleefully in photo ops with any of these politicos, in awe of their largesse, then distances herself when it is convenient for her. "Que viva la mujer"...truly, what native spanish speaker says that? Sounds more like a political catch phrase/catch-all intended for voters whom she thinks are easily led. I don't subscribe to the delusional conspiratorial belief system nor the persuasive language that glib politicians use to campaign on their own behalf.
Further, what does Nadine Diaz subscribe to? I would not vote for someone with such a questionable regard for the law, someone who subscribes to the opinion,"F*** the Police!"

There are some sick people out there that probably live in the negative world or partner with corruption. Remember people like Nadine has been an advocate for needed resources in CD14. Yes, I do not speak for Miss Nadine, however I would think we must reach out to political representing our district, it is their job to bring resources, and like I personally say, I may have not voted for the representative, but the majority did and I must respect the votes of the majority, is a democratic country, and work with the elected representative. So if you see Nadine in a picture with a elected official,is because they are the once that could help the communities in their needs. What kind of person does not understand that? are you a register voter?

Does she think that just because she's a woman she's entitled to this position? Is she going to bring more jobs or business investments into our community? More funding for our failing infrastructure? What is she going to do about the blight in our neighborhoods if she is against any sort of improvement or so-called gentrification? Is she going to make promises like most politicians only to blame others or the system when nothing comes to fruition.

Along with Molina, Nadine Diaz is courting anyone who will vote for her like this anti-government propaganda &conspiracy theory tea party supporter on facebook (visible at 3:09 on youtube video). What a hypocrite Democrat.
