First, the trio of Mayor Eric Garcetti, City Attorney Mike Feuer and City Controller Ron Galperin made an joint appearance yesterday to strongly condemn the absence of cooperation from IBEW in producing requested documents, outlining the expenditures of $40 Million plus of funds allocated to two joint DWP/ IBEW Job Safety Training Non-Profits. ** Which just resulted in the resignation of DWP General Manager Ron Nickles.  

IBEW/ DWP Strongman Brian "Boss D'Arcy Rizzo" has fail to grasps since last May, that elections have consequences (especially when you are on the losing side) and that the" political door and lock that hide his and IBEW's "skeletons of past nefarious dealings", now have some new "political key masters".
