Outtakes from the "RED SPOT INSTITUTE" for Thursday
Communications between the local bloggersphere and the "MAYOR SAM BROADCAST CENTER" must of been effected by this morning's 4.5 magnitude earthquake near Chatsworth. Just hoping that Mayor Sam didn't go "SHOCKNEK" on us.
Time for "OUTTAKES"
LOS ANGELES TIMES, "EFFECT OF NEW ZONING IS UP IN THE AIR":
Experts debate the effects, both good and bad, that the rezoning of downtown will have on the city.
LOS ANGELES TIMES, "MAYOR SIGNS PARK SMOKING BAN":
The "MAYOR IS FOCUS ON TASK TOUR" continues. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa signed the ordinance that outlaws smoking in our city parks. Yet, if you pick up a bag of golf clubs, then wonder on to a city golf course. Then you can "FLICK YOUR BICK" all you want. Go figure.
LOS ANGELES TIMES, "GOV'S AGENDA STUCK IN STANDOFF":
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, aka, the "KENNEDY REPUBLICAN" and his "BI-PARTISAN FRIENDS" Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez and State Senate Leader Dan Perata, can't shake the Republican Caucus hold on the stalled state budget. Call your State Republican legislators and commend them on their stance for responsible government.
DAILY NEWS, "CITY CONTROLLER LAURA CHICK CALLS OUT CITY COUNCIL ON SPENDING":
Laura Chick has called out the "PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF FIFTEEN" for spending down the city's reserve fund. This council is making Marx and Lenin look "REAGANIST" in comparison.
MISSING DOG ALERT, WHATEVER HAPPEN TO THE "DOCKWEILER MUTT" ??:With all the chatter from the Animal Rights community, I am putting out the call to determine the fate of the "LICKING, SUCKING, and SWALLOWER" of the "MAYORAL KOOL-AID", "DOCKWEILER MUTT". Did the mutt end up in one of Ed Bok's cages. Why was he expelled from his "THIRD FLOOR KENNEL ? Los Angeles needs to know his fate.
BREAKING NEWS!!
The "DOCKWEILER MUTT" is alive and "ZUMA ZAPPIN" well.

I'm a third floor person but also a newbie to the blogs so I'm a little naive. Who is the mutt that is MIA? Could you give me a hint?

"DOCKWEILER" roamed the "Bloggersphere" stalking his archnemesis Zuma Dogg. Might share some DNA with trujillo and ully.

You should take a remedial reading course, Red Snot from Sneezin'. Or learn to Google, or both.
What part of "I GIVE UP, THIS PLACE IS BEYOND HELP" escaped you months ago?
Dockweiler Mutt-tt was never a fan of Hizz-dissoner the fake mayor, anymore than he was a fan of Tony V. when he was any even faker city council member (being promoted by CHIEF Faker, here, with impunity).
Bailing this place was simple. Any criticism of the blathering, pin-headed Zuma Beeyotch that the Mutt-tt was meant to parody was always met with the same paper-thin, substance-lacking defense. "Ah, you work for the Mayor."
The Mayor Sam's version of "So's your old man".
It just didn't make any sense to have one batch of taxpayer-supported airheads getting credit for all the creative, intellectual "dogging" meant to expose the mental minisculicity of the Mayor Sam blog's pet Airhead Supreme, namely ZD.
So, I gave up, and went away (and said I would, here, in plain Ingles), earlier this year.
Try to keep up Red Blotch. It's been months.
Enemies of your enemy don't HAVE to be YOUR friend when you're an illiterate goober like Zuma Bee-yotch, the arrested-development poster child who gives free speech and public comment a baaaaaaad name, for ALL of us.

Did you see the typical and pathetic photo of Mayor Villar on the 3rd page of the Daily News. It's so disgusting and nauseating to see him sitting there with the little boy on National Night Out, trying to fool us into thinking he's such a caring, sincere, down-to-earth mayor...No photo can blind us from the reality....that he's just a lying, pathetic weasal and media whore who should resign or get recalled. I wonder if anyone jeered or booed him at this gathering. Isn't it ironic, that Mayor Villar is a Media Whore and Mirthala is a Whore in the Media???

Hey Mutt, have you had the chance to sniff out the "TELEBIMBO" ??

Dockweiller-Mutt is clearly educated and can employ irony, something idiot dogg and CD Red Spot Dog can't muster or even understand. Dockweiller is absolutely right, the idiot dogg and his defenders give "free speech and bloggers a bad name," and THAT is why, not because he's "important," as his equally uneducated and brainless followers assert, that so many people take their time to point this out.
One nut case and his followers, or those (like Mayor Sam admits) who use him to get other people angry and sit back in amusement, ruin the potential credibility of all blogs.

3:16 PM "THE EDUCATED ONE",
That oozing mess that is the condensation of thought from you, is callous and unfounded. You and your other elitist friends are the ones who give "FREE SPEECH" and "TOLERANCE" a strech.

Jack Hoff,
For the sake of dialog, who should "BLINK FIRST", regarding the budget standoff in Sacramento ? George "RED" Skelton heeps loads of praise on Able Maldonado for breaking from his fellow Republicans. Do you agree ??
Anonymous said:
Thanks for re-opening the dialogue.
Maldonado did what I would hope any elected would do, which is represent the needs and desires of his district to the best of his ability.
Since the Gov. took office, the Republicans have been most successful at making their issues and their respective constituencies irrelevant to California. That is a shame.
While Dems and Reps in the Assembly stepped up and dealt the "budget pain," Senate Republicans put on their biggest pouty face and whined. The result being that they will now probably blow it for future legislation from the Assembly Republicans.
There won't be much blinking going on if the Senate Republicans continue to stand in the corner with their arms folded and their eyes shut.
With the Gov., Nunez, Perata and the entire Assembly on one side and 14 out of touch Senate Republicans (who want to weaken CEQA and global warming laws) on the other, really, who do you think will come out ahead in the budget standoff?
Red Spot in CD 14 said:
Jack Hoff,
Respectivly, I disagree.
The Republicans in Sacramento have fanilly found that backbone to stand up to the "RINOisms" of the "KENNEDY REPUBLICAN" and intrusive government highlighted by Lloyd Levine. This is the same bunch that will stand up for the rights of Illegals, Criminals, Big Labor and other Special Interest Groups. BTW, there are cracks in the "LABOR LEFT FACTION" that controls this city and legislator. Read the Weekly's article by Marc Cooper how Nunez sold out Labor for Indian Casino Money

Ah, my old bleeding pawed, flea-bitten, heart-worm infected, car-chasing excuse for a mutt (2:27 pm for the airheads who can't figure out who I'm describing) decided to post his screwball spelling yet again!
I must give credit to the motley mutt where it is due, however: at least his dislike for our hare-brained "mayor" matches my own disdain for our toilet-cleaning, foul-breathed, extra-marital "mayor"; anyone standing next to Villar will soon wish they hadn't! Phew!
Maybe I should pee on the mayor's leg... I don't want to bite his leg, I could get myself infected by the mayor's rabies.

Nice to see all our canine friends today. Can we get a collective "URRR" for our Mayor ??
Anonymous said:
The Senate Republicans found a bone alright, but it was lodged in an area above their shoulders, not in their collective back.
Levine is 1/80th of the Assembly, and even though he is currently seeking it, you give him far too much credit, Red Spot. Levine, although likeable, hasn't proven to be an effective legislator or leader.
But per your request, I'll read Marc Cooper's article and comment.

Memo to Jack Hoff,
In the interest of being objective. It was Democrats such as Jackie S. and Dean Flores who stood up against "MAYOR POLLOVILLAR" and AB 1381. They deserve credit for standing up for local school control
Anonymous said:
lol, Red Spot, don't you mean AB 1381 "The Gloria Romero Educational Reform Act of 2006"?
Seriously, I think the kids from South Park could have put together a better education bill.
But back to the topic of Nunez.
I read the Marc Cooper article twice and, yeah, it all strikes me as plausible. I'm no fan of more gambling in California, so I would be hard-pressed to support thousands of slot machines being brought in. But Nunez is proving time and again to be very agile with high stakes politics. The casinos are important to him AND Arnold, so he, Perata and Arnold are going to tie in term limits and redistricting in the upcoming election and Indian casino money is going to be crucial to getting it done. Labor will calm down because that's what they do. After all, what is the alternative: 14 anti-labor Republican State Senators?
I don't know either gentleman personally, but I believe that Nunez has a Clinton-esque political mind while Antonio has a Clinton-esque proclivity below the belt...
