Times is now more out of touch than most of our elected with the City that the rage shares a name with.<br /><br />Just last week, they were handicapping the 36th Congressional seat as a 3-way among Democrats, and barely mentioned the person who will now vie with Janice Hahn in a runoff.<br /><br />Is anyone at the Times keeping score of JUST how badly they've covered and called nearly every critical vote by Angelenos in recent years?<br /><br />By comparison to the Times, the L.A.
