His mistakes cost the City money and the animals their lives.

Here's one big mistake he made. He gave the spaymobile contract to the group with the lowest evaluation which had major ethical concerns. Rachel Pap of Sam Simon was fired because of fraud, forgery and theft when she ran the last spaymobile for the city. That's who Stuckey chose.

On top of that city council demanded and Sam Simon promised to do 7,000 surgeries, operating two vans for 8 days a week. Stuckey didn't read the contract before signing it. He agreed to only 3 days a week. They are doing half what they should be doing. Stuckey cost teh city $1,000,000 with that mistake, not to mention all the animals which will now be born only to be euthanized in the shelter for lack of space. All this guy deserves is a kick in the #$@Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8826939.post-1135311415925290702005-12-22T20:16:00.000-08:002005-12-22T20:16:00.000-08:00Archie, 12:44 - I'm down for animal rights too.Archie, 12:44 - I'm down for animal rights too.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8826939.post-1135294057533347012005-12-22T15:27:00.000-08:002005-12-22T15:27:00.000-08:00Gee wonder why Antonio picked a billonaire? The billionaire doctor should be able to pay for free spaying and neutering for as many dogs and cats as the city can catch.
