Outtakes from the LA-32 NC Underground Special Report: NC President Marleen Fonseca faces Stakeholders-initiated Censure Petition

The Stakeholders of the LA-32 Neighborhood Council are pushing back against the contemptuous behavior of terminated LAPD Employee Marleen Caudillo, now facing a Censure Petition, President Marleen Fonseca.
A toast to the War against those who signed the Censure Petition Marleen?
** Blogger's Note: For those who love contentious Public Meetings, this Wednesday, December 2, 2015 LA-32 Neighborhood Council General Board Meeting (by reviewing its agenda), has all the ingredients needed. From agenda items pertaining to funding requests for events fronted by the cyber-bullying-endorsing El Sereno Bicentennial Committee, possible Board Member removals for excessive absences and selection of their replacements, its does not take much to stimulate passionate debate among this group of decreasing Julio Torres-allied Board Members. But the major HOT BUTTON ISSUE, will surely be the Censure Petition crafted by Stakeholders, directed at the actions of President Fonseca (formerly Caudillo). As documented in recent weeks, the aura of civility at LA-32 NC Meetings, has gone the way of President Fonseca's former LAPD employment (maybe for the same cause?). The last November Meeting, featured yelling matches, contentions exchanges and even an alleged attempt of physical intimidation.(which was caught on video). Objective LA-32 Stakeholders would be advise to contact Empower LA General Manager Grayce Liu, to express their concerns, but should remember that it was her who endorsed this changing of leadership----Scott Johnson
Did President Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) declare WAR against Stakeholders and Anthony Manzano for crafting and signing the Centure Petition against her?
Agenda Item # 24 regarding the Censure Petition against LA-32 NC President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo).

HOT Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine Propaganda Hag for Monday

As the 2015 Christmas Season commences, Tribune-financed Buyouts of Los Angeles Times Scribes, Editors and Support Employees, are a barometer of leaner times ahead for the supposed "Fishwrap of Record", in reality, the "Democratic Propaganda Tool of Choice" for the LA Political Elites.
The increasingly-empty "Old Gray Collectivist Hag on Spring Street".
** Blogger's Note: On this first Monday after the Thanksgiving Holiday, we want to be the first to wish our cyber-audience a politically-incorrect, MERRY CHRISTMAS SEASON
Quickly assuming our MERRY CHRISTMAS SEASON bloggin persona, we want to spread the CHRISTMAS cheer to counter the UNHAPPY HOLIDAYS PERIOD of those bemoaning the latest constriction underway at the local, "Democratic Propaganda/Agenda Journalism Tool of Choice" known affectionately as the "Old Gray Collectivist Hag on Spring Street (aka LA Times)".
It would be a copy-edited understatement to keyboard that the once "Fishwrap of Record", is going through a extended period of tumult, which began with the termination of Publisher Austin "Mini Riordan II" Beutner by its corporate Tribune overseers........., and now is manifesting itself, via the latest round of buyouts of Scribes, Editors and assorted support staff.
To gauge the level of despondence within the Otis Chandler-conceived, "Old Gray Collectivist Hag" aging support base, one merely needs to venture, cyber-westward to the LA Observed Blog where the likes of former Times Scribes Kevin "Westside White Guy" Roderick and Bill "Westside White Guy Emeritus" Boyarski, provide instantaneous updates on who of their former, democratic-leaning brethren, have accepted taken Tribune money in ending their employment.
But while the likes of "WWG", "WWG Emeritus", Jack Humphreville and the Los Angeles Political Machine await in denial, the appearance of the Eli Broad-financed Mothership (with David Geffen and Richard Riordan on board) to return Austin Beutner, to a future, locally-owned, "Hag, turned Agenda Tramp for the Elites", pardon us for this momentary, politically-incorrect musing on the real reasons for the demise of the Times.
First, the Times while espousing diversity, did not back the talk, as its send walking the likes of T.J. Simers, "GOP Blogger" Andrew Malcolm and cartoonist Michael Ramirez in recent years.
Second, the Times ceded its role as a objective, discerning observer of the Los Angeles Political Machine, by its newsroom, editorial wall of separation-breaking, shilling for local democratic candidates (remember the "LA Antonio Times Era"?) .........., and best exampled on its lack of reporting regarding the "background" behind the death of Los Angeles County Labor Federation Leader Miguel Contreras.
Third, the absence of objective reporting, replaced by Agenda Musings regarding the issues of  Race, Climate Change and ILLEGAL Immigration.
Simply, a objective "Fishwrap of Record", ceases being such, when its factual news missives, are mixed with the agenda desires of a editorial mindset that is exampled by the Times constricting,  circulation Liberal Westside readership. Thus, its time for a new evolution of cyber-Journalism based upon the basic "Who, What, Where, When, How and Why of Reporting" ......, and a healthy, diverse dialog on the opinions, derided from reviewing the contents of record----Scott Johnson.

Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Tuesday

CD 13 City Councilman Mitch O'Farrell is a Voice of Reason regarding the proposed acquisition/conversion of the vital Union Pacific Railroad Los Angeles Intermodal Transportation Center/Shops Yard, into the 2024 Olympics Athletes Village
Map defining location of the Union Pacific Railroad Los Angeles Transportation Center (LATC)/Shops Yard.
CD 13 City Councilman Mitch O'Farrell.

** We are often accuse by those (mostly "Huizzynistas") of keyboarding a constant negative narrative regarding the actions of the "Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee (that is called Satire)". But pardon the momentary straying from our normal sardonic mindset as we heap positive praise on the level-heading reasoning, via CD 13 City Councilman Mitch O'Farrell, regarding the proposed scheme to convert a diesel-soiled, Inter-modal Rail Yard, into the possible, 2024 Olympic Athletes Village.
When the proponents/supporters of Los Angeles bid to host the 2024 Olympics disclosed the details behind their bid to host the Games, the most audacious (and expensive) part of the proposal, was the obvious, LA River Restoration-inspired Olympic Village scheme.
But while most local Officeholders remain silent regarding the proposed Olympic Village location, Councilman O'Farrell last week, stated the following ........, "I do not see a pathway for using the ... yard" for the 2024 Games .........., and the background for his comments. Councilman Mitch O'Farrell told a City Council committee Wednesday that it could cost up to $2 billion to buy the rail site, conduct an environmental cleanup and relocate the yard — even before any construction would begin. According to his estimate, that could triple the projected cost.
** Is Congresswoman Janice "Babs" Hahn engaging in Political Self-Preservation, Political Self-Promotion or both? The former CD 15 City Councilwoman, turned Congressional Representative, is enduring major criticism in the wake of her supporting further background vetting for Syrian Refugees, Maybe the fact that she is a candidate to replace termed-out LA County Board of Supervisor Don Knabe in a moderate to conservative district, is at the root of her momentary straying from the liberal base?
** We are less than 48 hours away from our appointed time of giving Thanks to those who we truly cherish. In that spirit, we would be remiss in not noting humorist musings of Downtown News Editor and "Scribe of Wit" Jon Regardie, who again, keyboards a main course of wit, and side dishes of satire in his latest .........., "The Best # MayoralThanksgivingEver"

A Open Letter for CD 7 Sparks Community Unity through Action

A certain CD 7 City Councilman's Inaction and Contempt for his Sunland-Tujunga Constituents, is the motivation for a community-unifying, Act of Civic Activism, that the Mayor Sam Blog ......., and hopefully the whole of CD 7, will embrace in support.
CD 7 Open Letter Supporters Brian Schneider and Art Miner, in Studio with KRLA 870 AM Saturday Evening Talk Show Host Randy Economy, listen to Podcast by linking here.

** Blogger's Note: The Mayor Sam Blog since its creation via the late Michael Higby, has been a bloggin tool for forging relationships, collaborations ......and sometimes, cyber-tumult through our cast of commentators. But the one long term relationship with a community that stands above all the rest, has been our bloggin devotion (sometimes rough) to the Sunland-Tujunga Community. Born out of our diverse coverage of the NO Home Depot Campaign (and the many outstanding community leaders that have themselves, become sources of content), the community has become our cyber-home (especially after Michael moved into the neighborhood), with Joselitos becoming our designated eatery/watering hole (in times of celebration ......, and sadly grief). Thus, we would be bloggin remiss, in not exposing the current "State of Inaction and Recrimination" being directed at the Sunland-Tujunga Community by its CD 7 City Council Member Felipe Fuentes, including his EVICTION of the Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council (STNC) from its longtime office at the North Valley City Hall. If Councilman Fuentes thought that his actions would soon become a afterthought in a sometimes, divided community ........,then his political thought process, can be gauged as being shallower than the current water level in Tujunga Wash. Instead, thanks to the likes of Brian Schneider and Art Miner, the Watershed of Unity, within the Sunland-Tujunga Community has been replenished in a growing, Flash Flood of Support, for the requested actions outlined in the superbly crafted, "CD 7 Open Letter" (which we have posted below). The Mayor Sam Blog STRONGLY endorses the content and requested actions, outlined in the CD 7 Open Letter ........, and would request that every constituent in not only Sunland-Tujunga, but also in CD 7, stand united in forging a Washing Wave of Accountability (via signing the Letter), from CD-7 to 200 Spring Street----Scott Johnson.

HOT Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

With NO apologies to LAPD Chief Charlie Beck and Captain Jeffery Bert, the attempted prosecution of local Journalist (and noted LAPD observer) Jasmyne Cannick for "Failure to Disperse", has been Dismissed by the City Attorney.
Jasmyne Cannick is all smiles in exposing LAPD Chief Charlie Beck's alleged, Act of Retaliation against her, now Dismissed.
** Note to former LAPD Northeast Division Captain Jeffery Bert, next time you are delegated the task of overseeing the "Dispersing of a Unlawful Assembly", the following of proper documentation protocols should be paramount, in wake of the Dismissal of Failure to Disperse Charges against Journalist Jasmyne Cannick. The fact that the leadership-challenged Captain Bert would forget a simple formality of policy (and the role it played in the attempted retaliation of Cannick) is the latest example of the Dysfunction within the Command Administration of Chief Charlie Beck (which Cannick has done a great job in documenting via her blog), and is surely going to increase the number of those who will call upon Mayor Eric Garcetti and the City Council to replace the current Chief.
$12,000 in choices to recycle Broken Deal Cedillo's Pledges.
** From Facebook Page of "Figueroa for All", we bring the "Multi-cultural Celebration (nice way of saying Rent a Mob)" for CD 1 City Councilman Gil Cedillo's $4,000 Solar Trash Containers. For us longtime, neighboring CD 14 observers, we cannot help ourselves in flashing back to those lucrative times for the likes of "Broken Deal Cedillo" Crony Gabriel Buelna's (former?) business partner Gustavo Valdivia. Valdivia's Grande Vista Associates benefited from No-bid Contracts that included billing the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) $2,500 to install a toilet. BTW  the friends of BDC at MAPA have a fine to pay .....,In the Matter of Mexican American Political Association-PAC to Support Gil Cedillo for L.A. Council 2013; FPPC No. 15/486. Staff: Senior Commission Counsel Bridgette Castillo. Mexican American Political Association-PAC to Support Gil Cedillo for L.A. Council 2013 failed to pay the 2013 $50.00 annual fee to the Secretary of State’s Office, in violation of Government Code Section 84101.5. Total Proposed Penalty: $200.
AHHHHH!! $200 less for the Happy Hour Fun(d).
** With another week of Happy Hours upon us, we can understand the look of consternation above via former CD 14 City Councilman Jose Huizar Chief of Staff Ana Cubas. In 2013, with the "blessing" of her former Boss, Cubas ran unsuccessfully for City Council via CD 9 ........, and according to the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC), she has reports overdue, necessitating a $200 Fine. In the Matter of Ana Cubas for Los Angeles City Council District 9 2013; FPPC No. 15/708. Staff: Commission Counsel Michael W. Hamilton. Ana Cubas for Los Angeles City Council District 9 2013 failed to pay the 2013 $50.00 annual fee to the Secretary of State’s Office, in violation of Government Code Section 84101.5. Total Proposed Penalty: $200.

The Brian Hews/Los Chacon News Journalistic Malpractice Disclaimers for Saturday (11-21-15)

Its time for our weekly review of Journalistic Malpractice via the Commerce/Bell Gardens/Hawaiian Gardens Casino-financed Keyboard of Publisher/Chief Propagandist (for the Chacon Political Family, allegedly) of the formerly, award-winning Los Cerritos News, now the weakly, "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News".
Publisher/Propagandist Brian Hews minus Chacon Political Family-financed Tin Foil Hat.
** Blogger's Note: Great Saturday before Turkey Day, to all in our cyber audience, as we bloggin present our Second Edition of The Brian Hews/Los Chacon News Journalistic Malpractice Disclaimers for 11-21-15.
As we commence in keyboarding our Second Edition of deconstructing the factually-challenged, agenda-driven missives via the Publisher/Propagandist (for Hire) Brian Hews, we cannot help in comparing the multiple amounts of disclaimer-warranting examples of "Yellow Journalism", to a Turkey Shoot.
Since the completion of the most recent LA County Election Cycle almost three weeks ago, Hews has remain true to his manic-driven proclivities of smearing Public Officials who are impediments to the political interests of the co-namesakes of the now weakly, "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News".
This last week alone, Hews (with Chacon Politiical Family-financed Tin Foil Hat securely- positioned), targeted the likes of Central Basin Water District Director Leticia Vasquez, Montebello Police Chief Kevin McClure, Cerritos Mayor Carol Chen and The Gateway Guardian Newspaper, with innuendo-laden (and borderline slanderous) missives, that sadly, have replace the former award-winning content.
The true, singular fact connecting these four "Wanton Missives of Distortions (WMDs)" are rooted in need of the Hews/Chacon Cabal to counter the growing backlash (and possible future investigations) targeting their questionable ethical and legal behavior.
For the record, former Los Cerritos News Investigative Reporter, now KRLA 870 AM Saturday Evening Talk Show Host Randy Economy, spoke out against his former boss Hews ....., and his Chacon Family partners during the ending segment of last Saturday's show. Economy also elaborated on the Retraction Request by Montebello Police Chief Kevin McClure, directed at an Hews-byline missive. It should also be notice that The Gateway Guardian Newspaper is a sponsor of KRLA 870 AM The Randy Economy Show.
Thus, when Economy's comments, the backgound information and the "WMDs" keyboard last week by Hews, are properly placed in a factual timeline, its can be clearly extrapolated that the current "Publisher/Propagandist of the Chacon Political Family", is merely (again) engaging in "yellow-tainted smears (which he has been FINED for, in targeting Mayor Chen in the recent past)", to affect a attempted cover up of ethical and legal behavior .........., meriting a formal investigation (and disclaimer branding)----Scott Johnson.

Afternoon Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Tuesday

As former Los Angeles Failure Mayor Antonio Villar makes the rounds of California Municipalities in search of a 2018 Political Rebirth, he may want to fully disclose (and screen) what happen between him and Charlie on that infamous night in Cabos?
What happens (or gets transmitted) in Cabos, stays in Cabos (or at least until a pending state-wide election in 2018).
** Blogger's Note: For those who live fast and loose, especially when far-removed from the choreographed facades of a ambitious political persona, let the above photo of HIV-positive Charlie Sheen and former LA Failure Mayor Antonio Villar, enjoying a night of partying in Cabos San Lucas (allegedly), remind the political fast lane crowd of the potential, adverse consequences of questionable, life-style choices. Here at Mayor Sam, we have posted "ahhhhh" ......, many missives over the years regarding the alleged, alcohol-fueled theatrics of the City Terrace-native. But few will remember what a "Lifestyle of Excess" did for the likes of late Southeast LA County Assemblyman Marcos Firebaugh, who died at 39 due to Influenza and Liver Failure. Two years before he died, then Assemblyman Firebaugh upon the discovery of the Liver Ailmate that would take his life stated ......, "I drank like a fish, ate like a pig, stayed out till wee hours of the night and never slept," ......, which was a recipe for a early death.
** As the political fallout from the Paris Terrorist Attacks engulfs the national political landscape, we ask the following question of Mayor Eric Garcetti in lieu of "Greece on the Pacific (formerly The Golden State)" Governor Jerry "Moonbeam, Part II" Brown's pledge to work with President Barack "H" Obama in relocating Syrians Refugees to our state. "Will Mayor Garcetti pledge to cooperate with all Federal Agencies (including ICE),in protecting all Angelinos/US Citizens, from any possible crimes committed by refugees relocated here ........, and from those who seek refuge within Los Angeles illegally (by rescinding Special Order 40)
** So much for another Governmental Pledge of Traffic Reduction via Mass Transit as researchers from USC, announced that while ridership increase along the traffic-chocked corridor, the number of vehicles DID NOT decline. But lets remember that this Sales Tax-financed project provided funding for campaign-contributing giving contractors, sub-contractors and the dreaded non-profits.
** CD 4 City Councilman David Ryu is solidifying his "Outsider Status" via his latest pronouncement that outs the expenditure of money on questionable sidewalk repairs at the Van Nuys Civic Center. According to the Daily News ......., Ryu said the priority should be residential or commercial property sidewalks, rather than city properties, where he said those fixes aren’t immediately needed. “Although there is legal reasoning as to why many sidewalks need to be repaired, we should be more strategic when it comes to repairing the massive backlog of damaged sidewalks,” Ryu said in a statement after the hearing----Scott Johnson.

HOT Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine for Monday

As Mayor Eric Garcetti leads (and reassures) Angelinos in Standing with the People of France after the vile Radical Islamic Terror Attacks in Paris, he finds the time to revisit (quietly) the Holman United Methodist Church in South LA (minus Black Lives Matter Protesters).
Mayor/Naval Reservist Eric Garcetti reassuring Angelinos that "All is Well in LA".
** Blogger's Note: As the world stands with the People of France in the aftermath of Friday's vile Terrorist Attacks in Paris, Mayor Eric Garcetti "stayed the course" in reassuring Angelinos over the weekend that due diligence was the order of the day, with the likes of LAPD exhibiting a higher profile at large public events city-wide. Yet, while the news media and public remain fixated on the fluid events in Paris, it seems that Mayor Garcetti quietly, out-maneuvered Black Lives Matter Protesters, in returning to the West Adams, Holman United Methodist Church, as a "Special Guest" for a Veterans Celebration Sermon. Judging from the Facebook Pages of both the Church and Mayor Garcetti, the notice of the Mayor's appearance was made public, after the fact for obvious reasons.
Meanwhile all is quiet as Mayor Garcetti returns to the Holman United Methodist Church.
** KRLA 870 AM Saturday Evening Talk Show Host Randy Economy went public regarding his issues with Editor/Publisher Brian Hews of the former, award-winning Los Cerritos News, now known merely as the "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News". Economy STRONGLY condemn Hews for the current state of reporting (especially after the Montebello Elections) at the now, factually-challenged weakly.
** We bring you this rare "WMD = Written Missive of Distinction" from the keyboard of longtime South LA Columnist Betty Pleasant, regarding the Los Angeles contingent of Black Lives Matter ......, and you may be in for a surprise as noted in the excerpt below.
REPUDIATE THESE PEOPLE! — Well, Melina Abdullah and her name-calling, foul-mouthed band of activist wannabes came out of their shells the other evening and enraged a large number of Black Angelenos, when she and her Black Lives Matter followers hijacked the meeting convened by Mayor Eric Garcetti and his Black constituents for a town hall discussion of the myriad of problems troubling many of us in this city. I was born and raised in this city and no mayor in my lifetime has ever assented to, let alone proposed such a meeting.
As you know, I have never been a fan of Garcetti, but I feel I must publicly acknowledge that the thwarted town hall meeting he arranged was exactly what we followers of the Black Panther Party for Self Defense wanted when we fought for the enactment of theCivil Rights Act of 1960. We didn’t have any Black people in high places and the White politicians wouldn’t listen to what we had to say about our condition in this city, state, and country. If they had been willing to discuss our problems, we wouldn’t have had to march on Washington and Fannie Lou Hamer and them wouldn’t have had to organize the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party so Black folks’ needs could be heard by somebody.
......., and Betty is heard again.
Your thoughts ..............
Scott Johnson in CD 14

The United States, again Stands with the People of France

As the United States stands with the People of France in this time of Great Loss, our Prayers are with those affected by this latest attack on Freedom in Paris.
May the United States and France (along with England and others) stand strong against Islamic Terrorism.

From Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti: "My thoughts and prayers are with all those in Paris. I am heartbroken and outraged by these senseless acts of violence. Los Angeles stands united with those around the world against these terrorist activities." -- Mayor Eric Garcetti on the ongoing attacks in Paris
** LAPD is beefing up its profile at large venues city-wide in the wake of the Paris Attacks.

Introducing the ..... "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News Journalistic Malpractice Disclaimer"

As a Bloggin Public Service in exposing factually-challenged, Commerce Casino-financed Propaganda Missives (fronted as "HMG Exclusives"), we introduce the "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News Journalistic Malpractice Disclaimer" ......... with a Mayor Sam Exclusive on "Very Possible, Candidate Electioneering Violations" by losing Montebello City Council Candidate Fernando Chacon.
Its the Right Time to properly label the multiple, factually-challenged Propaganda Missives, created via the keyboard of the Publisher/Propagandist of the formerly Los Cerritos News ......, now the "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News".
** Blogger's Note: As a TGIF Bloggin Public Service for the tens of thousands Southeast LA County Readers of the formerly, award-winning Los Cerritos News, now relegated to quickly dismissing the factually-challenged Propaganda Missives of Commerce/Bell Gardens/Hawaiian Gardens Casino-financed "Weakly" .........., we proudly present the "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News Journalistic Malpractice Disclaimer (which comes with extra-large, Tin Foil Hats for the Political Ego-inflated Heads of Hector, Art, Hugo, Fernando Chacon ......, and especially Brian)"
Our motivation for creating this Bloggin Public Service Disclaimer, is based upon our renewed commitment to outing the weekly, factually-challenged Propaganda Missives, that wrongfully slander the political opponents of the infamous Chacon Political Family (via the keyboard of its hire Propagandist Brian Hews, allegedly).
The most recent example of this involves alleged Voter Fraud in the recent Montebello City Council Elections. From the "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News" ........., The first sign of irregularities occurred at the Montebello Library where Vanessa Delgado was seen inside the polling place asking people to vote for her. State election laws dictate a candidate must not come within 100 feet of polling place, and poll workers are required to remove any offending candidate. Two residents took pictures of her inside the library. According to the two residents that took the pictures, the polling place manager, whose name is Mr. Ibarra, refused to remove Delgado after they told him that she was in violation of election laws. The residents finally called the Montebello police who escorted Delgado off the premises.
At the end, Hews requests the following ...... If you saw or have evidence of voter fraud, call the Montebello News at 562.407.3873 or click here to send an email.
Well ........., below we present our own Mayor Sam Exclusive that shows two photos of Montebello City Council Candidate Fernando Chacon CLEARLY violating electioneering rules that prohibit candidates from coming within 100ft. of a Polling Place. We ponder if the evidence presented below will be the subject of a future "HMG-CN Exclusive Follow-Up"? But until next time ......, this has been our first of many future "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News Journalistic Malpractice Disclaimers"----Scott Johnson.
The new "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News Journalistic Malpractice Disclaimer".

The City Clowncil Approves of "PolloFelipe's Scheme" to Evict the STNC

Not wanting to face an agitated Sunland-Tujunga Coomunity, the Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee moves quickly (in seven minutes) to approve CD 7 Clowncilman's "PolloFelipe's Scheme" to Evict the Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council from its longtime office.
Not wanting to face (or hiding from) Sunland-Tujunga Constituents has earned the CD 7 "Mini Padilla" the new Moniker of ........., "PolloFelipe".
** Blogger's Note: For a supposed Northeast San Fernando Valley Democratic Machine Member, who exerts his alleged "Political Machismo" by evicting the Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council (STNC) from its longtime office/closet space, was sure quick in hiding under the "procedural skirt" of Los Angeles City Clowncil Central Committee Strongman Herman "Mini Amin" Wesson, when irate STNC Stakeholders came calling before the Horseshoe on Tuesday. The now bestowed CD 7 Clowncilman ........, "PolloFelipe'", had his scheme to evict the STNC from its longtime North Valley City Hall office, approved by his enabling Clowncil Colleagues within the first seven minutes of Tuesday's proceedings, The fast-tracking of "PolloFelipe's" agenda items denied the arriving STNC Stakeholders a opportunity to testify again the punitive actions of the re-election-facing first term Clowncil Member. Below, we post the update of STNC Treasurer Nina Royal regarding "PolloFelipe's" actions (with the help of Clowncil Strongman "Mini Amin" Wesson)----Scott Johnson.

Morning Brief on the Passing of Lincoln Heights Community Advocate Frank Wada at 62

Longtime Lincoln Heights Civics Activist and Neighborhood Council Member Frank Wada Passes Away at the Age of 62.
The Late Lincoln Heights NC Member Frank Wada.
** Blogger's Note: The Lincoln Heights Community, LAPD and the Los Angeles Neighborhood Council System lost a longtime advocate with the unexpected Passing Away of Frank Wada at the Age of 62. According to longtime fellow Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council Member Ben Wadsworth ........, "received a phone call at 3:30 AM this morning and told of the death of Frank Wada, a graduate of LHS Class of 1973, one of my former students, and my great friend. Frank had been a member of the Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council since its inception. He was also one of the founding members of the Lincoln Heights Dollars for Scholars foundation. Further information as I receive it. He will be missed by all. WADS". This blogger will remember meeting Frank Wada as a Lincoln High School Key Club President and Associate Student Government President in the early 1980s under the guidance of now retired KeyClub/Student Government Coordinator Ben "Wads" Wadsworth. Since graduating in 1973, Frank had been a constant presence in the Lincoln Heights Civic Community, involving himself with the likes of Kiwanis, the Lincoln Heights Chamber of Commerce and helping with the creation of the LHNC. Community members will also remember Frank's longtime avocation for the Los Angeles Police Department, dedicating countless of volunteer hours at neighborhood events and as a member of the LAPD Hollenbeck Division community Police Advisory Board (CPAB). Frank's persona, which was heavy on listening ......, and concise on commentary, will be miss by the Lincoln Heights Community. Our prayers and condolences go out to the Wada Family at this time of Great Loss----Scott Johnson.

Does USC Really Care about Alcohol Abuse (and its Impact on Sensitive Communities)?

With NO apologies to the LAPD Hollenbeck CPAB Members who covertly voted (via a misleading meeting agenda) to support five additional ABC Alcohol Licenses for the University of Southern California Health Science Campus Hyatt Hotel Development, we must ask USC President Max Nikias and its Board of Trustees, whether the Private University ......., REALLY CARES about Alcohol Abuse ......, and its impact on Sensitive Communities.
USC President Max Nikias.
** Blogger's Note: We received the following from former Lincoln Heights/ LA-32 Neighborhood Council Member and noted Alcohol Abuse Activist Hugo Pacheco. In recent years, Pacheco has been the Front Person in the successful efforts to stop further Alcohol Proliferation within the Lincoln Heights and the 90032 Communities (the scuttled Las Villas Project, Eastlake & Broadway 7-Eleven Store denied Beer/Wine License and the El Sereno "Big Saver Market denied ABC License Upgrade). As Mayor Sam recently disclosed, USC sought to circumvent the Boyle Heights, Lincoln Heights and the LA-32 Neighborhood Councils, in covertly seeking the inappropriate (via violating LAPD CPAB Protocols) support of the LAPD Hollenbeck Division CPAB. In response, Pacheco has keyboard the brief missive posted below, that ponders whether LA's largest employer, is engaging in double-speck regarding its commitment to combating Alcohol Abuse within its Institution ........, and in the communities surrounding its campuses----Scott Johnson.

As has been stated at the LA-32 Neighborhood Council Meetings, USC is seeking to obtain 5 new liquor licenses on its Health Science Campus in Boyle Heights.
The following link should get you to their " The USC Safe Communities Task Force Hosts 3rd Annual Alcohol Abuse Prevention On-campus Briefing.
The rhetoric sounds good but you can also see the failure in the much touted AlcoholEdu, an online science-based alcohol prevention program that provides a tailored educational experience focusing on the impact of alcohol on mind and body.
Its about time they think about the impact that their proposal would have on the surrounding communities where alcohol abuse is of major concern.
This should be of prime concern as USC, a private non-profit corporation with a tainted history of participation in the Eugenics Program continues to expand it foothold in the community.

Drunk and Profane in the pursuit of Conquest ......, is the Trojan Way (until the Media is tipped off).
The USC Health Science Campus Hyatt Hotel Project.

Morning Brief/Update on CD 7 Felipe "Mini Padilla" Fuentes STNC Eviction Scheme for Tuesday

As CD 7 City Clowncilman Felipe "Mini Padilla" Fuentes seeks to finalize his scheme to grant "Vacant Public Space" (via Evicting the Sunland Tujunga Neighborhood Council from its longtime office), STNC Treasurer Nina Royal has an update regarding today's pending City Council Vote on Clowncilman Fuente's Scheme.

** Blogger's Note: CD 7 City Clowncilman Felipe "Mini Padilla" Fuente's scheme/retaliation against the Sunland Tujunga Neighborhood Council (STNC), goes before the full City Council this morning. STNC Treasurer Nina Royal offers this update on today's pending vote via her Facebook Page----Scott Johnson.
Important L.A. City Council motions for this Tuesday
Councilmember Felipe Fuentes and the City Council is going to try to finalize the eviction of the STNC and the LAPD Sub-Station from the "vacant" North Valley City Hall (NVCH) on Tuesday.
It is not vacant, the STNC holds 12 meetings a month, the General meeting monthly, special meetings in between and the LAPD sub-station. Also, their office and Storage Room for Emergency Preparedness Equipment, meeting supplies. community banners, pop-ups and supplies. They also own 200 chairs and ten 8 foot tables in the meeting hall that are used for other city meetings.
The City Council was told NVCH was vacant when Councilmember Fuentes presented the motion to have the 501C3 organizations, .LA Family Housing (who is supposed to be temporary) and the LA Conservation Corp. move in for $1.00 a year. Those organizations are able to raise funds and get grants and they will be serving the entire city of LA. not just our local neighborhoods The Neighborhood Council cannot raise funds because they are legally part of the L.A. City Family and per the Charter, must adhere to all the city's rules and regulations. have adequate parking, be ADA compliant, and are tax payer funded through the city's budget.
Councilmember Fuentes offered to allow the STNC to hold their General Meeting there once a month but they must be over by 8 pm like other NC's. I attend all the ones in District 7 and none of them are over before 9 pm and many times they end after 10 pm. The STNC has 2 land use committee meetings a month and he said they should only be held once a month because there isn't that much going on in S-T. They are usually held from 7-9 pm and he wants them over at 8:30.
If the eviction goes through, they will be forced to spend taxpayer money to obtain offices with private owners as well as meeting places negatively impacting their budget by thousands of dollars. The Neighborhood Council is a city entity and should have first consideration over any organization that is not part of the city.
BTW, The council office supposedly found a new home for our Foothill Div. sub-station in the middle of a mobil home park in their recreation room, which means they would have to move their desk, computer, printer, guest chairs into private property that is not readily accessible to the public and could be innocent lives in danger from an off balance person which would be a liability to the city. The park tenants are not happy about this. The LAPD presently have their own lockable office at NVCH where they can still park their car on Foothill Blvd. where it is visible and continues to discourage crime when they need to use their office.
So where is the cost saving in any of this? The GSD did not take into account the funds that would have to be paid out by the STNC, which is part of the city. Please attend and speak up if you want to save the STNC office, meeting room and LAPD Sub Station. If you can't attend,
please email all the council members and reference the following item and council file numbers.

Further Evidence of the Gross Ethical and Legal Dysfunction within the LA-32 Neighborhood Council

With NO apologies to LA-32 Neighborhood Council Recording Secretary Luisana Valdez, there is nothing "GROSS" in demanding fiscal oversight for Public Expenditures .........., especially when a "Close Friend" of the President is listed on a "Generic Receipt" that is the basis for the Presiding Officer's-requested "Board Member Reimbursement".
LA-32 Neighborhood Council Recording Secretary Luisana Valdez.

** Blogger's Note: If anyone was still in denial of the current Ethical and Legal Dysfunctional State of the LA-32 Neighborhood Council, they need only to view the Public Comment beginning, the President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) Reimbursement middle (1:15 Mark) ......., and the "Non-adjournment" ending (last three minutes) of the LA-32 NC's most recent meeting last Wednesday, to witness the obvious Ethical and Legal shortcomings. LA-32 NC President Marleen Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) is taken to task during Public Comment for not disclosing her supposed non-platonic relationship with a "Troy Carbajal (who is a Arts & Culture Committee Member)". The relationship between President Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) and Carbajal, is also the foundation for later Board Member's concerns, regarding a requested "Board Member Reimbursement" to President Fonseca (formerly Caudillo) for $60 Dollars in coffee, that was paid for by a "Jerry" Troy Carbajal, as noted on the generic receipt posted above. For the record, LA-32 NC Treasurer Michelle Corzantes stated that she would of paid for the El Sereno's Holy Grounds Coffee Shop-provided refreshment, with the Empower LA P-card ......., as called for via Empower LA, At one point during the discussion regarding the issue, LA-32 NC Recording Secretary calls out fellow Board Member Angelica Duarte as being "GROSS" for questioning the reimbursement request (BTW, the Motion to reimburse President Fonseca passed). Its should be obvious to all who observe the video below, that President Fonseca (formerly Caudillo), engages in unprofessional conduct during the course of the meeting ........., and has lost the respect of the majority of the Board, as exampled by the majority vote to support returning to a 21 person body. This despite Public Comment from two allies, Alysia Genny Guerrero and Ray Rios----Scott Johnson.

The Carbon-spewing Misadventures of "State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon the First"

We bring you the bloggin latest, Carbon-spewing Misadventures (ie Junkets) of "Greece on the Pacific's" Official "State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon the First", as he spreads life-giving CO2 to the far-off reaches of the Planet, in the name of combating Free Enterprise-causing Climate Change (allegedly).
The Official Low Carbon Footprint Moment of "State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon the First".
** Blogger's Note: Its not a "Greece on the Pacific (formerly Golden State)" State Secret that "State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon the First" believes in the Leftist Tenants of Redistribution of Wealth. But its coming more apparent as the reigning "State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon the First" travels the world, that he not above sharing taxpayers/business-financed Carbon Offsets in the form of life-giving CO2. Just returned from a Australian Junket to study the Continent/Nation of 25 Million People's drought response. the former Mt. Washington Couch Domiciling Assemblyman (via Carol Jacques home, allegedly), is off redistributing CO2 offsets as his "State Senate President Pro Temship" travels to London England for a one day presentation on the jobs-killing Senate Bill 350 Legislation. We ponder if the "Blue/Green Darling of the Sierra Club" will have his state-provided CHP Suburban awaiting him (with desired, inner climate control), upon his return ............, before his "State Senate President Pro Temship" and Governor Jerry "Moonbeam II" Brown, held off in December to the Paris "Economic Climate Change (via Carbon Redistrubution) Conference in December?----Scott Johnson.
"State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon the First" spreading life-giving CO2 as he travels the world, espousing Free Enterprise-ceasing Climate Change Legislation.
Regardless where and how long "State Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon the First" ventures away in espousing Free Enterprise-killing Climate Change Legislation ............, a Cool Climate-controlled (with engine running) State CHP Suburban awaits his return.
Who needs ride-sharing with the "Blue/Green Masses" when you are "State Senate President Kevin De Leon the First"?
Meanwhile .........., something called "Season Change" is going on as normal, this afternoon at Mammoth Mountain.

Your thoughts ...............

The HOT Monday Morning Briefs on the Los Angeles Political Machine

The "Mastermind" of the infamous Chacon Political Family, Montebello Unified School Board Member Hector Chacon, to face major re-election challenge in wake of failed attempt to take controll of Montebello City Council
The "Mastermind" of the infamous Chacon Political Family, Montebello Unified School Board Member Hector Chacon.
** The supposed Mastermind of the infamous Southeast Los Angeles County Chacon Political Family, Montebello School Board Member Hector Chacon, is less than a week away from his failed attempt to gain control of the Montebello City Council (via a alleged alliance with losing Councilwoman Christina Cortez Campaign Consultant Billie Martinez) ....., and the whispers of a coordinated effort to remove him, come re-election time are being heard. The multi-terms Board of Education Member, did himself no political favors with his "Fictitious Campaign" to place brother Fernando on the City Council. His Political Capital were also devalued due to the Chacon Political Family collaboration with the Publisher/Propagandist Brian Hews of the formerly "Los Cerritos News", that became the factually-challenged "Brian Hews/Los Chacon News", during the just completed Montebello Elections, Despite funding from the Commerce Casino, the Consulting, Propagandist Duo of Hector and Brian fail badly, with endorsed Chacon candidates. Fernando Chacon and Montebello School Board Member David Vela being defeated (along with others in Southeast LA).

The Grass-Roots, Cross Party-supported 39th Ad Assemblywoman Patty Lopez.

** The voting record of first term, 39th Assembly District Assemblywoman Patty Lopez should dispel the whispers of those who thought she was a Republican, in a heavily-accented. lowly-educated immigrant persona. Despite the fact that she was a reliable Labor/Democrat Vote, who was able to get legislation approved by her colleagues ........, and signed by Governor Jerry "Moonbeam II" Brown, her fellow Sacramento Lawmakers and their contributing Special Interests, have not been reciprocating in supporting (with endorsements and contributions) as she faces a rematch with Raul Bocanegra of the ethically-challenged, Northeast San Dernando Valley Democratic Machine. Thirty-ninth AD Voters, will surely have no problem in this looming campaign rematch in discerning the candidates, with Lopez being the frequently-seen Incumbent (with grass-roots, cross-party support) ......, and Bocanegra, the face of a Democratic Machine with pending Federal Grand Jury issues.
